After Midnight next day picks

Just curious i am on the east coast and i seen people have picks right after midight, but sometimes my picks wouldnt be available till like 2am.

The early basketball games yesterday weren't up til after 7:00 AM ET.  I stayed up all night hitting refresh every few minutes on the West Coast so it was around 4:00 or so.  They weren't posted on some other sportsbook websites til then either.
