Pacers and Raptors made it very obvious that someone had big bucks.on
the UNDER 194.5. 5 of 6 free throws missed by decent free throw shooters
and a layup that hit the bottom of the rim as time ran out in the last 50 seconds. Final score 100-93.
I was involved with a bookie who called me to bet the house on the under in an exhibition NFL game. He said they were owed a favor and it is much easier to fix an exhibition game. I bet $10,000 and couldn't sit down watching the game. It looked like a lock with under a minute when a rookie broke thru the line for a TD. I'm still two points under with 10 seconds left but the extra point sends it to OT and a FG puts it over. Pittsburgh lines up for the extra point and coach calls timeout. They come back out and go for two. QB throws it at the feet of the receiver and I win $10,000. I went nuts. Had another sure thing in a baseball game. It also had an unbelievable ending and win. Thanks White Sox for that.
