How is an under pick on a MLB game a push when the final score was 1-0?

You're getting screwed in my opinion, a game is official after 5 1/2 innings, like money says, contact Rizzo, their phone # is 1-866-662-6837.

If anyone who picked the Mets got a win, why doesn't under 7 win? There was 1 run in the game. That should be a win, not a push for Ranman. He should already have 100 wins.

Plain and simple, like OLB56 said, he's getting screwed and I hope he has some K-y. It was an official game by major league rules, how they didn't give him a win makes no sense at all, but I have NEVER understood this sites' reasoning on any of there decisions, like giving a push in the survivor contest to the guy who picked the Dodgers, even though the game was rained out yesterday. How do you get a tie for a game that was cancelled.   It should be scored as nothing, NOT A PUSH !

A push is the same as a loss...just makes your win % look better and that isnt a tiebreaker in the end so it doesnt really matter if they give a push or a loss on a rained out game.

ISN'T winning % one of the tie breakers, then it does matter, just wondering if it is or not, maybe I'm wrong PSU

Classof78...i am almost positive if two players are tied say with 99 wins that the first tiebreaker is whoevers game ends first if they both win. If both take the same game its who put the pick in first.

If so i gotta ask you guys a question.  How long have you guys been betting?  How do you not know that in order for a total on a game to be official, the game has to go 8 2/3 innings.  Thats why you got credited with a push and not a win.

Been betting on the NFL since 1978 and only fools bet on baseball, case in point, R.Haladay lost the other night. I'm sure most people thought that was a lock, so I wouldn't know that it's 8 2/3 innings Kool-aid, but if that's the case, then he doesn't need any K-y, yours is safe.

I kind of figured that although i wasnt 100% sure....Kind of like the football rule where they have to play 3 1/2 quarters for a game to be official. I do remember a game a few years ago,i think it was Wiscy vs UNLV in NCAAF where Wiscy was up big in Vegas but someone cut the cables or something and the game was postponed.
