Why can't the totals of all hockey games be available? Why are the totals of games with too big a spread taken off the board too?
Also, having spring training baseball as a sport to choose from is just plain dumb. That is just a guessing game & will probably determine the outcome of the race. I could throw darts at the schedule of games & probably have just as good a record. There is no skill in trying to predict how long a starter will play & I know the rule is always to go with the deeper team, but it's a crapshoot.
Also, I think the moneyline favorites should be capped around -125 or -130.
My second thing is due to the confusion of the first day, why can't wagerline let the people that are behind on picks make up then up with picks from the sports they missed out on? I missed out on two picks the first day, & DID NOT have an option to choose 2 games from the 2 remaining sports that day. The max amount of picks so far is 32. I only have 30 & will be chasing 2 picks for the rest of the race.
With all that said, I love the idea of the race & look forward to more in the future.

I didn't mean to sound snippy, donkeykong.
The different threads here have addressed several of your suggestions.
There are often 1 or 2 games added to the pick page (on the regular Wagerline games) in basketball and hockey, after I have chosen.
The baseball games have been complained about since day 1 especially since we had Voided picks after a rain out. With no info on pitchers to work with, your crapshoot description has been talked about often.
Your point about not getting into the first or early sports of the day has been really chatted up. The post from CSI that I referenced runs the gaunlet of concerns. The posts from Rizzo ( down about #30 or so) says that you'll be able to pick any game on the board. (up to your 4). It's a flip-flop from his earlier remarks but I guess that's how they're handling the situation.
I just entered, for Tues and after each pick, the slate disappeared. Perhaps from now on, if you pick after a sport is done, the slate of the sport you're in will remain open for you to make another pick. Lot's of talk from and about those who did in fact make 2-3 picks in one sport when no others were available.
I wasn't being flip- just tired of not getting good answers in one place instead of a bit on each different posting. ||clover.gif' border=0> ||Peace_5.gif' border=0>

I have a question - are there plans for more Ultimate Races, or is it just going to be this one? I think this is the best contest on the net for cappers.
