Should the Ref's be fined for bad calls?

Question

Everyone here has seen a game where a referee decided the outcome of a game do to a bad call (or more).  I believe that referee&#x27;s are needed, but there isn&#x27;t anything in place that makes them more accountable for the wrong calls that they make.  Note: This do not include the calls that are missed.

don&#x27;t take the human element out of the game!!! football is not a black or white sport. should they review every play to make sure the ball is marked at the correct inch line???

Are you guys sure you read the question correctly? Yohey13 - I never said take the human element out of the game!!!. I said, make them more accountable. Skubishack - finish high school before you make anymore post's. nyy0213 - from time to time is an understatement.

Make the Ref's more accountable as they do everyone else in the league. Automatic review for all calls made by a ref. so that the players on the field decide the outcome of the game.

tombs: thats exactly what i mean......making mistakes is the human element of the game its  not a science. nfl/cf is a game of approximation.....its  not like a  home run in baseball.......the ball is over the fence or its not. FINE  a ref for a bad call.............good debate.....but no way!!
