How does one go about becoming a TOUT and people paying for your picks? 

Besides the obvious of having a great record? 

Do companies follow threads of people and if they are good enough reach out to them?

Def not. Post a month of winners. Say you're going tout and leave an email address. The basement dwellers will contact you and pay for picks.

Tout's Handbook 101:

Step 1: Set up like 4-5 accounts, use these accounts to publically post plays that contradict each other in various combinations ... if you're even a 50% capper, 1 of them will invariably end up with a great record.

Step 2: Claim harassment and persecution from whatever forum you're posting on ... but don't worry, you're setting up your own site soon and no one will be able to prevent you from sharing your wonderful picks with the masses. 

Step 3: "God damn the trolls have followed me here! Why do I do this, give you guys such wonderful picks only to get hate and insults in return?!  I'm adding a monthly fee to keep the haters out."

Step 4: $$$$ Congratulations, you've now turned tout with at least some of your following falling for it. $$$

Steven got a hold of the handbook....although he missed Something Step 5...give your paying pikers both sides of any game....you'll look like a hero to half your clients and rinse lather repeat.

Just look at the ALTABLOCK manual of turning TOUT.....it's riveting reading

Hahaha! Ive only been here a couple years and I seen this exact thing more times than I can count! It's all a load of bs, you charge for picks? Why when theres an unlimited amount of money in the game hitting 70%! They know it wont last and take idiots along for the ride as long as they can.

there's a sucker born every sixty seconds, there's a superfly tout born every two minutes, there names are, LOCK, GUARANTEE, POD, POW, POM, POY, 65%, Dom(the)Dominator, EXPERTS

after 23 years of handicapping sports, I have yet to acknowledge 'one tout' with justified credentials, giving anyone the winning edge, or any service worthy of payment...a thing of the past,  stay in the present...your mind, your sport, if you can't win, nobody on this planet is going to win for you, just move on to another hobby
