I have a complain against Cloudbet (and Evolution Gaming) and I want you to stop promoting people who have just cheated me out of my money.

Today, after almost 24 hours passed since the incident - I am still fed at Cloudbet the same BS as yesterday.
This is a transcript of my chat with Mike. Support officer:

Mike: What seems to be the issue please?
me: you laughed at my face but I will be the one laughing at the end

and you are acting like you are trying to resolve the issue

Mike: Can you please explain exactly what happened with your 200mbtc so we can try see what the resolution might be?
me: Like you don't know
You dont know who I am and what went down yesterday?
Is this how much respect you have for your own customers?
Supposedly whole Cloudbet is working to get me my money back and then you dont even know what am I talking about?
Mike: I'm afraid I wasn't online yesterday so you will need to tell me what it is that happened.

Mike: Evolution gaming are investigating this matter. Until they give us an update we cannot move forward I'm afraid.

While everything was cler yesterday and they admitted that it was their issue and that is still being investigated while I bombard all possible threads and forums destroying Cloudbet, MK and Evolution Gaming rep

Mike: I'm sorry that you feel that way but the best I can give you for the time being is to wait until the investigation has been resolved. Only then can we move forward with this query.

The BS artists are still selling me a BS that there is an ongoing investigation to find out how happened whatever happened and despite me having no part in whatever happened besides that my money was stolen from me - no one thinks that I should get my money first and then the investigation should go into whatever they are investigating which is a total BS. I know it. You know it. They know it.
Stay away from Cloudbet. Stay away from MK. Stay away from Evolution Gaming.

Mike, the support guy tells me that I should await their respected team's response whenever it will happen. "Respected"? By whom? I wonder if their families know what their husbands are doing for living. I feel sorry for them that for 750 USD they have to go thru such lengths and deprive people the basic fun.
After their support began ignoring me this is what I wrote (they wrote their agents...only have one at the time called Mike) are currently busy... Busy my a$$:

I don't really blaming him for not replying to my email after I was very ruse in the previous one. I don't blame Evolution Gaming neither for stealing my money. It is their business stealing customer's money and they did what is in their DNA.
But, I do blame Cloudbet in abandoning me and not protecting me from Evolution Gaming's thieves. I do blame Cloudbet for not responding to my requests to be compensated for what their business associates did to me. Because, I signed up with Cloudbet and deposited with Cloudbet and I will take them to court and will campaign against them relentlessly till I'll get my satisfaction.
