Issues with Bet365?

Hi guys, I'm new here but I wanted to see how people felt about Bet365? First of all it was highly recommended to me as one of the best Sportsbook out there!!

So I make a small deposit, go to withdrawal my winnings, have questions so email them, and their CS has been horrible! I'm shocked right now. First of all, the CSR that emailed me back had no idea how their own deposit/withdrawal option worked (iDebit) no clue at all. Sad when the customer knows more, and in my email, I also asked them if I had to send in documents like most books make you do these days, they would not answer the question. I'm looking at my email thread right now, and 3 emails with me asking "Do I need to send in documents?" Their response is to check the bottom of their site for update news, or one person responded to me that I can claim a bonus right now. I mean, really? I never thought a big popular book like this would make things so difficult to withdrawal. Anyone else have these issues? Tried them once, is it worth it for me to stay with them, or anyone suggest an easier book to work with?

For some reason their Live Chat on my andriod will not work, so I figured I would email, they finally replied back that my account was already verfied in the past, I think I sent in documents and never used them because I went to Sports Interaction instead. But still other questions for them are not being answered! So frustrating! So far I have to say that Sports Interaction's customer service is #1, I never have issues with them and when I requested my withdrawal there were no "Bonus offers" or confusion. They knew exactly how all methods worked and I got my money in 2 days through bank transfer.
