tough to get a response from a posting forum.....someone in here doesn't know you can't hardly refer you to someone without thinking you could be law enforcement....

You almost have to do it like everybody else.....one of your friends perhaps knows a local and he can vouch for you and/or set you up with his own local....

If you're new to the area you're going to have to establish a social network......friends or hanging out in bars to get "in"......

I think that's about the only advice you'll find in a forum
