I never should have switched there from 5dimes, but was lured in by the huge freeplay bonus. Then I turned 200 bucks into 3000 in a couple weeks and requested a 1000 dollar payout via express check which claims it will arrive within 7 days. I made the payout request back on Friday Nov 2nd and still haven't gotten shit from them. I inquired about it in an email two days ago and got a shitty response telling me to give them another week before they can provide a tracking number. I don't think they have even mailed it yet. Horrible customer service, takes 2 days to respond to one email.

I am just wondering if anyone else has ever actually gotten a payout from them at all? This is my first one and am starting to feel like it is never coming at all and that they are a fraud.

I requested a $2000bank transfer and it took them 2 months. Then i requested $500 western union payout and it was done within 2 days. This was like a year ago. I would just stick with money transfers from now. They charge a fee but it gets the money to u quickly. I also read that if u request a payout on Fridays payouts r free but u have to let them. I dont know if it applies to money transfers too.
