Phixer was on covers and had many folowers but he moved on to twitter but now has his own website. Now if you are prepared to pay you can be part of it. I guess he is a professional tout. He wants $500 a month for his best package that's 6000 a year. I think I can guess better than start out in the hole $6000. I'll stick with covers and the couple of guys I follow.
