What happened to Prowins?  I see that he is on twitter selling his picks from now through March Madness for $250.  Has anyone else signed up for this?  Is it legit or a scam?

It must be a scam; if he wants to sell picks, he already did instead of waiting until now. He might just too busy to post. His last pick was MVI &#x2B;10 or something like that and he lost that one. Still a great record though.
