Yeah I'm not sure why you would keep going after a certain amount of losses but think of it this way , if they were any good at picking they would make money on their own . Never pay for picks , they can't make money on own so they get Yahoos to pay for their crappy picks . Just FYI

I don't necessarily agree with this sentiment. If I were good, and picked 60%ish, I could make a lot of money betting my plays. I could also make even more guaranteed money by selling these picks. I don't know why people think these have to be mutually exclusive.

Well to each his own , too me if you have to pay for picks , you darn well better be hitting 60% if you were to make any kind of money .
If I were Megalocks, for example, and am hitting 70% this year and years before clip around 60-65%, I would certainly go tout. I would be the first one in line to buy as well.
Also, BigEastExpert and CharlottleSports went tout for only $99 an entire year. BigEast is clipping about 63% and Charlotte isn't as good but at 58% (75% when they are both on the same side) so I pay it. I don't blindly tail them but for $99 I can see who they are on and compare to who I like/don't like and make an educated decision. I look at it as paying $99/year for extra info/research.
Others I have noticed on Twitter (most notably beatinthebookie and therealmracl) seems to be good, but his lines he gives out are never found anywhere and he refuses to say what book he used or if he paid any extra juice to buy points. I subscribed once, lost my behind, but they were on their bragging on their wins while silent on their loses for the most part. Bigeast and Charlotte are pretty transparent, but the others I mentioned skew things pretty dramatically.
This isn't an endorsement for any tout services. I'm merely explaining why I go to certain touts (the price is worth it to me) and avoid some others in regards to the OP's topic.

Well if you were to get something for The entire year and they hit at that rate then yes I suppose it would be a good investment but paying for each pick or picks no . But some good points sir , Thanks

i can understand both sides to this arguement...but you should never blindy follow someone even they're an "expert" and if you laying that much money, you should do your own hw instead of putting it in the hands of a stranger (pretty much)
and if you were only betting 1-2k per play...HOW THE HELL DID U LET IT GET TO 70K!?! THATS LIKE 35-70 PICKS YOU LOST ...ur own fault to letting it get that bad
