Nothing to explain, very simple, I will meet you, we will exchange info and if you want to play you will post money up as if you were sending it to Bookmaker or any other offshore account. If not no worries, your choice. You can easily go set up an account overseas, I understand that gamblers want locals so they can play on credit but I would need to build a relationship before I would even consider that. If you are legit and interested let me know, if you looking to take a shot at someone go look elsewhere, it won't happen with me.
