What if touts actually gave out free plays and consistently won money and only got paid if they hit winners. Isn't that an idea?!
I see all these posts of people selling picks.
If they were good cappers they wouldn't be on covers trying to sell their picks because they'd be winning thousands of dollars!!!
DO NOT EVER PAY FOR PICKS.
Touts, if you want anyone to pay for your picks why don't you man-up and hit 70% winners and after a week people have the option to pay you a tip.
I'm sure enough people would be down for that, that you would make money.
In reality though, the service is based on deception and lies, so you won't be hitting winners that's why you collect before sending out the "winners".
