I’m part of a group of UC Berkeley alumni currently organizing a free entry, live prediction game for this Saturday’s Warriors-Rockets matchup (think of it as Trivia HQ, but with in-game predictions instead of trivia). So far, we’ve gotten a solid amount of interest from people in the SF/Oakland area, and we’re looking to see if the wider community of sports fans and sports bettors would be interested as well.
We’re also planning to do this for MLB games as well (and NFL games once September rolls around). We’re currently developing an app to host these games, but in the meantime we’re going to conduct this via text message (so you’d receive a text message with a question like ‘Will James Harden score more than Kevin Durant in the 2nd half?’ to which you’d reply ‘Y’ or ’N’). If anyone’s interested, check out our FB event at . Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. Thanks!
