Aussie’s WNBA Sunday

YTD: 3-0

Just getting it out there in case anyone gets early lines. Howard has been activated by the Liberty. She should be free to play against the Sky. She has had zero time with this team so who knows how she will rotated into this game. 

Also Hines-Allen is now activated for the Mystics so she is good to go as well against the Fever. She definitely knows this roster and coaching ways so expect her to play decent mins. She is coming off a fantastic season in France so she will be fit and healthy. 

BOL everyone. Early games, they start 3am Sydney time so hopefully get a few early lines before it’s too late.

 Connecticut Sun @ Las Vegas Aces: Aces -5.5

Jones has played against some good centres in their 4-0 start but up against 6’8 Cambage isn’t going to be easy. Add A’ja to the mix as well and I think the Sun May struggle today. January still out, Sun will run with Heidemann and Thomas at guard positions. The Aces have those kind of nitty gritty players that apply pressure and wouldn’t be surprised to see Heidemann turn the ball over a fair bit tonight. Aces red hot and a 4-0 team getting 5.5 points on the road coming off a nice road win against a team that just got back from a 3 game road trip (Mercury), I think the Aces are in a much better spot tonight compared to where the Mercury was.

Cambage is a headcase and CON will get in her head.

I think this over trend goes continues for the last game tonight bc all games went OVER today. I'll be on the O162 (-110)..

I will admit defeat today but something is very strange with this game.

Laimbeer allows a 17-0 run without calling a timeout. 

Cambage played 2.31 mins in the first quarter and didn’t take a shot the whole 1H. She has attempted 2 the whole game with 1 minute remaining in the 3Q

Hamby was their best player 1H, Laimbeer doesn’t put her back in until the 4th last minute of the 3Q. 

Aces have zero offensive rebounds at the end of the 3Q yet have the tallest player on the court with both Cambage. A’ja is 2/9 from the floor.

this game by far has to be one of the strangest games I have witnessed in the WNBA. I don’t know what Laimbeer is doing but this isn’t the same team that just beat the Storm and Sparks by double digits. Potentially something to look out for in the future with these bizarre rotations and lacklustre effort 

holding on tight with my Aces in game.  It takes a strange game like this to get your first loss, and yet you still hve a chance !  Dont give up yet bro, strange games can be both ways 

No need to admit defeat Aus.  You Aces spread and my full game over looked like they were D.O.A. right out of the gate.

Read up on another forum that Hamby is still on minutes restrictions after coming back from injury. Explains why Laimbeer kept her out so long. It doesn’t explain Cambage’s lack or aggression at both ends of the floor though. 

Cambage for Vegas and Bird from Seattle are the 2 girls with the most variation from game to game this season.  Hard to predict those on and off days.
