Until the Lynx get back Collier (which should be very soon) they look a little lost out there. Fowles will always give you headaches but Dangerfield has struggled so far, Carleton starting is a little worrying as well. McBride lost three straight to the Storm in the finals and scored 13, 9 and 14 in those games. Clark is a great defender and will be a loss for the Storm but they have a good young squad and think they can get the job done after a horrible start the other night which they couldn’t catch up. Mind you, the Aces hit 9/9 free throws in that 1Q compared to Storm getting just 2 attempts. That quickly carved out how that game was going to go and Storm just couldn’t get back into it. Once Collier gets back she will improve this team so much but for now, I will take the worlds best player and her team to get the win and cover after not showing up against the Aces in their second match up.

I have a feeling Bird will sit this one. Basing it on nothing more than load management since they’ve got three games in five days starting with Vegas and now two on the road. Minnesota is off after tonight until the 28th. Feels like they could cover back door. But then again Stewart could carry them and have another massive game.

Some teams do not match up well. SEA with a bad taste in their mouth will come out fired up. On the road however might be a little flat. I still need to see a couple of games before I feel confident.

Cheers all, was not looking good at all down by 12 with 7 to go. Crazy turn of events. Lynx will get so much better once Collier comes back which might be next game or the one after. Tomorrow is a decent big card for WNBA

Good job. I took Storm 1st Qrt. & Hf. And didn't have the guts to take them the 2nd half. Did take them live +5.5 late so that worked out and got some $ back. Storm coach had to play with his core players and not any of the new additions to get them back in and eventually win. What was it: Canada, Russel, Lloyd, Stew & Bird that finished the game? It's going to be a work in progress to get the new players acclimated. They're definitely going to miss Clark & Howard's D and 3 point shooting. Look forward to more analysis from you. Cheers!

Cheers Gambit. Complete madness. I don’t think I have seen anything like that since the Warriors with Steph and Klay eradicated a crazy 4Q lead the Raptors had once at GSW. Must be 5-6 years ago now.

Thanks mate. Yep feel as though Clark’s departure is going to hurt the Storm especially come playoff time when you need those types of gritty players that get stuck in. Can’t forget though they need Russell and Prince back as well to bolster their depth and size. Russell is a very under rated defensive player

I'll keep an eye on Russel, haven't really paid attention to her game. They're gonna need depth in the front court because the Aces look really good and deep at every position. And that's w/McCoughtry out for the year. It's early but IMO they look really scary especially if healthy. Not to mention they got a closer now w/Chelsea Gray.
