Going to wait for 1H lines with Seattle. Think they’ll come out rested, hungry & pissed. On the other hand, LV mentally is still celebrating their 2-1 down series & down dd in G5. 

Have Seattle 5:1 to win Championship for 2U. Good hedge Opportunity if Seattle wins G1. 

News out of the bubble. Whitcomb is returning to Australia as we speak due to her partner about to give birth. Big loss off Storms bench because her 3 point shooting and energy she brings on that 2nd unit will be missed.. 

Yes, Whitcomb is a pretty significant loss beyond the arc, but Bird, Clark, Loyd more than makes up for the lost. Also like how Prince has stepped up. Think she’s playing pretty good at the right time.

I also think Hamby is a bigger lost to Vegas than Whitcomb is to Seattle. 

Going to be a great series. Interested in how Seattle plays compared to their last 2 games. Vegas has pretty much owned Seattle last several games. 

Completely agree LB. Hamby is a much bigger loss and the Storm have the players to cover Whitcomb. Yesterday’s game, the Aces bench had 0 points, 6 turnovers 5 fouls and 1 assist across 3 players (Rodgers, Cannon and Young) and they played a combined 24 mins. That has to be worrying for Laimbeer

Agree Aussie Bench and defense are big keys to winning championships. No bench and playing defense against a high scoring Seattle team is a difficult task to accomplish. 

1st play: 1H Seattle -2.5 (-105) 

No bench for Aces, it depends completely on the big 3. If they score big, they might have a chance to win.

Wilson will do her thing... Don’t think anyone from Seattle can stop her in the paint.

McCoughtry will be well defended by Clark. Doubt she can put up 15+ p/ game. 

Mcbride as good as she can be is too timid. She’s the one X-factor the Aces have if they have any chance. Just don’t think she can have good games consecutively.

Sword fills the paint and rebounds well. Think Russel and Magbegor matches up well and has similar playing capabilities.

Storm and Aces looks like 2 totally different teams from the regular season. Storm O just can’t be stopped offensively. Only way Aces can beat this Storm team is if Seattle goes on a funk or let down completely. Saw glimpses of this. 

Game 2 should be a little more exciting to watch. Interested on how Laimbeer will adjust. Can’t see them shooting the 3’s like G1. How will they defend the perimeter w/ Sue Bird & Loyd? Don’t think Laimbeer is the type of coach that overthinks things. Think we see a similar game with similar results in G2.
