 In the city or a burb? Unfortunately I'm still in Illinois! I live about 1.5 hours north of St. Louis out in the boonies. Low taxes, people, crime, and drugs. Good place to raise kids, but need an imagination since there's not a lot to do beyond hunting, fishing and drinking beer!

 Oh okay you are pretty far south much less congested. I am just outside of downtown Lincoln park. Nice area but its more n more over crowded now than ever.
