I'm closing out my WNBA season it's been a roller coaster ride at best and after this Liberty game with its complete suspect 4Q and the previous 4Qs in previous games that just make no sense at all along with the 8 point Qs has left me just to smh this league has absolutely no consistency other than its consistently unpredictable.

I know it can be frustrating at times Jersey and this season has definitely been the hardest to cap since I started capping the WNBA.
But I also believe that the inconsistency is not just across the WNBA. We see it time and time again with the NBA and most Basketball leagues.
The game today, with that 74 point 4Q and the Liberty losing by 9 (opening line was +8.5) is a tough break to all those on the Liberty and the under. But unfortunately with sports betting, our minds are always remember the tough beats, not the close wins we manage sometimes. Keep your head up and stay positive my friend because once we start complaining and becoming negative about things, we lose perspective and shift our mindset. All you can do is laugh at certain bad beats and wait for the following day for the next game.
If you have made your decision to close out the season, thats your choice and thank you for being a good contributor on this forum.
Definitely will see you in the NFL and NBA forums soon

Dont give up my friend(unless its becoming a financial disaster).
Its a grind....
I was on a bad run myself up until last month. Since then, I have gained +940% to my starting bankroll in the past 30 days or so up to today(almost 10× my original starting bankroll during the past 30 days incorporating WNBA & Tennis).
If sports betting was predictable, then the sportsbooks will be outta business. Thats why there will always be "variance" involved with sports betting my friend...
I have noticed the WNBA lines getting "tighter" during the past couple weeks or so(maybe the books are taking further time to research to prevent losses)...
But smaller scale sports such as WNBA & Tennis still have an advantage over the big ones such as football, nba, mlb, etc....
I always find value when the opportunity presents itself on a daily basis, and I utilize a strict bankroll strategy to maximize my gains...
Lastly, dont give up because a game didnt finish as predicted or if you got burned by a hook in a spread bet... keep grinding & research and one day the tide will turn in your favor...
Until tomorrow, BOL!!!

Thank you gentlemen I'm Trying to be as positive as possible. I think the facts are obvious with both NBA and WNBA money drives these leagues as with most sports but these are the hardest to cap because of the last minute twist I believe Vegas puts in these games at least IMO and you can take all the stats players and injuries in to account and none of that matters which tells me other factors are at play here. I'm not giving up just moving on to something I know better.

Sometimes you gotta go against your instinct if you liked certain player or team during your research pregame.
Example: I really liked Sky to win this game but there was no way I was going to wager -300 pregame. Also I knew Sky have been having trouble during the 1st halves previously. So even thougj they were down by 8 or so points at halftime, I was still confident to wager my money on Sky at halftime at a favorable odd of +115. Its a tough pill to swallow betting on a losing side, but alot of times, it will end up in your favor...
Another example: I really liked a tennis player named Swiatek today playing against a former #1 player Wozniacki who was like a -300 fav today. I wanted to take Swiatek pregame at like +3 5 spread but I missed it due to being concentrated on the Sky game. After I won the 1at half & the the 2nd half, I looked at the score for Swiatek. She lost the 1st set, but was leading the 2nd set. I wagered a small portion of my big winnings today from WNBA at +210 ingame, knowing it was a longshot, but I did it anyways at a small portion of my BR because I had liked her during my research pregame. And she won!!! lol...
Sometimes its good to go against your instinct if you did your research.
Stick around for 1 more month my friend till the endvof the WNBA season. Grind it out, use a strict bankroll strategy, and I hope to see you turn yourself back around for the remaining days of WNBA...
Until tomorrow my friend!

Thank you Tanis I have been on those W streaks and my mindset and flow is much different. When I see things like tonight's game it just blows me away that the normal becomes abnormal like 45 pt Qs and 8 pt Qs funny thing is I commonly buy 2 pts up or down depending on if I'm on a dog or favorite to take myself out of reach of the Vegas hook. It has paid off but at times I feel its not Necessary. I had a feeling to do that tonight but I didn't and I shouldn't have had to within the world of normal.

Stick around Jersey. I would miss the hell out of you. Nicely put Aussie and Tanis Brutal
Thank you cousin Joey much appreciated I will be checking in I just can't tolerate the inconsistent play any longer it really makes it hard to cap with the 8 pt Qs and the 4Q blow outs with more points in 1Q than a whole first half ! Come to the NFL in September we can stir things up over there !

Yes, take the time off. I haven't bet on the WNBA in a few weeks and I'm better off for it. Now I have fresh mindset and I can cap games without feeling the need to make a pick or find an edge. The girls just can't score. They're lacking something that would give them consistency. I don't know. It's a major turn-off for me. I don't even like the league. I think you're on the right track. Take the time off and see how you feel. Bet on some Astros run lines while you're at it. That team is going to win the World Series imo.

HEY JERSEY I QUIT 2 WEEKS AGO POSTING BUT THAT DOESNT MEAN NOTHING I WON LAST NITE
Thanks DC I actually pulled the trigger on the sparks for a small play last night I think during this Dog to favorite transition I will be extremely selective. That Liberty game really shocked me 70 pt Q had 3 plays locked in until that happened !
