As I posted on Sunday. Tough day but was happy with what i did play. Two half point losses and..oh well.
MIN-4 ATL 145.5 How low can this one go? Not low enough I am afraid. Yes I wish I had gotten this at 148 but I still like it and will play MIN 145.5u. One, ATL is in competition with DAL for mot air balls in a game and also in competition for most 8 minute quarters. Two, MIN is still in playoff hunt and will be fierce on D. Only thing they are good at right now. Three, Cheryl NEVER does a foul fest at the end of games. Even down like 6 with a minute to play. It is almost surreal why she doesn't. I also like the TT under for both squads here. Only thing that will stop this freight train are refs that are calling every close call. Not happened yet.

Thats what I figured you meant . I'm not a totals guy and I'm not an Atlanta guy so it's Minny or pass . I do think Atlanta should win one out of the last 7 though. So maybe it's just a pass.

It's official- Renee Montgomery is the worst player in the league. I know she had 19 tonight (8/8 FT), but she just jacks up awful shots. I am beginning to question Nicki Collen too. It's crazy how one team can drop off so much in one year. They can't hit 3's, I don't understand why the continue to shoot them at such a high volume. (obviously I was on ATL, lol, but i've been questioning this all year!)

Its hard to say exactly what is wrong with the Dream this season because they were very good last season in a league IMHO was tougher last season then this season with the talent in the league.
The numbers below, are the players PER rating. In bold is their PER before the season started and the other number is their current season PER.
Sykes, Montgomery and Bentley are well under their usual selves and they are the players sometimes that cost this team. Also, missing Angel (22.7) is just a massive hole and when they had her last season, they went 19-10 S/U, without her they were 6-4 S/U.

I saw a post-match conference with Cullen around 3-4 weeks ago after one of their close losses and she said that she always feels that her team has a chance when they play solid defense but I am not sure she is checking her data because they have the 9th worst defense in the league. Without Angel, their offense is stagnant and they cannot continuously score for the full 40 minutes. Today they had 41 at HT and then scored 28 in the 2H. Thats awful. Basically IMHO Cullen had a great 1st season and so did Sykes but that has now regressed and Cullen cant handle the backlash or the team anymore. Angel is a massive loss as well and missing her has just hurt them too much.
