Aloha, I am in Hawaii and loving this place, what isn’t there too love? Also helps me out a little with Time zone differences as well. Massive slate today, 5 games and they all look juicy.
The grind is real, but what can you do? Just keep grinding. Westbrook just got traded to my Rockets which I’m happy with as long as he leaves the 3 ball shooting to the rest of the team and he can drive to the hoop every time he gets the ball. Can you imagine the amount of free throw attempts the Rockets will get each game now with both Harden and RW on the same team?
All EuroBasket girls should be back for their teams. Riquna Williams suspended by the league for her domestic violence issue. Parker is a GTD but rumours suggest the injury is bad. Due to Riquna being suspended wouldn’t be surprised to see Odyssey Sims suspended as well.
Liberty are a team IMHO that can do a lot of damage now with their squad back. They just need to get used to the girls who came back. Zahui B will be fine along with Allen (back from injury) it’s Johannes and Hartley because I am not sure Smith will play Hartley as much now because the Liberty have been playing so well without her. Let’s see what Katie does.
Other news, Lynx and Reeve are rolling and once again Reeve is the best coach in this league. She is the coach Pop of the WNBA and gets the best out of her players. Tough game though against an inform Dream team.
Nothing much to report about the other teams right now but all I can say is that the Mystics really are a one girl team. Once EDD is out, they crumble. Cannot trust Tolliver at all, doesn’t show up when needed. She should have really taken charge as the senior player but lets her team down time and time again. The other players had no direction when EDD sits and that has shown now in 2 games she has missed which have both been blowouts. Thibault needs to figure out how to play without EDD because if they don’t, they could struggle as EDD is known to miss plenty of games each season.
