Won't be around much today, its Sunday morning when these games are on and we have some snow in Australia right now so going to drive a few hours to take the family there and enjoy something we don't get very often where I am located. 

Aces vs Storm

Great game and they play again I believe on Wednesday or Thursday next week. Storm 11-2, Aces 9-3 so this would be a massive game for top seed. IMHO though, because there is no home court advantage as long as you finish top 2 then you are sweet. Remember, the playoffs are like this;

Single elimination games;

5v8
6v7

The highest place seeded teams from those games will play Seed 4 and then the lowest place seed winner from those games will play Seed 3. 

Hypothetically, lets say 5v4 and then 7v3.

Another single elimination game and then the winners of that battle it out in a against the top 2 seeds in a 5 game series. Then, the winners of that series go onto the WNBA finals in a 5 series battle. So with no home court, you just want to finish top 2. 

Back to this game though, Bird is OUT already. Ruled out yesterday with that knee issue. Might be worst then expected. Vegas are injury free and the Storm will also be Tuck for this game. Not a big loss having her out. The line opened up for me at Aces -1.5 and 164.5. Was surprised to see the Aces as fav's but we will see where that line moves... 

Fever vs Sky

So Wheeler has been shut down and won't be joining the Fever. I don't think she ever quite got over COVID and is still suffering. Not worth risking her personal health this season. Sky are playing really well and the could easily got 3-0 in their next 3 games. Dolson really helps this team in a big way and she has picked up her form since Wade took over. Parker is still out for the Sky and the Fever are really short here with a new signing of Tamiah Smalls,  a player I have never heard of. Rookie which they released during the training camp but after Wheeler and Vivians are shutdown, they had no other option. Mavunga and Tiffany Mitchell are also out of this game. Line opened up at Sky -6.5 and 167.5 total.

Sun vs Liberty

Well who has the balls to take either teams in this game. The line is Sun -12 and 164.5. Sun are healthy and Liberty with no new injuries. I don't even know what to write about this game to be honest.

We are 2 weeks away from Winter being over and just had a crazy cold snap so the snow is falling like madness.. Love Europe but have never been in Winter, always go around August and September and just love that time of year. Hopefully get over there again in the next 2-3 years if Covid ever settles down. Hope you have been ok throughout this pandemic Kriscar 

I'm healthy, thanks.I'm from Lithuania but I live in Poland now, here in Poland the covid will probably never end. I also see badly leagues in other countries, friendly games have already started but covid won't go away.

Aces are the only team in the way of a Storm’s Championship.  Didn’t like Storm’s FG % (Last Gam)  going into this game. Instinct has me leaning Aces +4.5. Think this game goes down to the wire. Aces have a really good chance of winning this one also. 

I don’t mean to hijack Aussie’s thread but IMHO the Storm without Bird are not three possessions better than the Aces today. National TV slot and Vegas know what’s at stake. I think it will be close and may be decided by FT or even a last shot. 4.5 points is a lot in this type of game.

I laid off playing a side...However, Sue Bird has missed almost half of Storms games this year and in her absence they still beat LA, PHX & CHI

If Seattle wasnt coming off a loss against a lesser team, into a matchup vs the team right behind them, I'd be on Vegas.
