Fading myself worked last night for a 2-1 evening. I commented yesterday that I expected Copper and Mabry to play well for Chicago. So then I faded myself and took Washington. And that duo shot 4/24 and the Mystics reminded us they can still defend when they want to. And my Under 164 in the Indiana/Seattle game looked dead at halftime but won by a whopping 16 points when the Storm turned in a drought of epic proportions going from 4:21 in Q3 to 3:48 in Q4 without a point! Over a full quarter of play! This makes Minnesota’s three point Q2 on opening night look like the Golden St Warriors.
Tonight I see a shootout in Atlanta. The Liberty are at full strength and the Dream having been playing better. A couple weeks ago in Atlanta they combined for 189 points when Sabrina went off. And despite that total neither team shot 50%. The pace was that fast.
So my official pick tonight is the Under 171.5. Good luck.

The offensive magic they had their first few games is completely gone. Dallas on the other hand will likely look for revenge in this game and definitely has more firepower. This should be more like a Dallas -3.5 but it’s in LA.
