I think 147 is fair but I'd lean over. A pace of 93.5 is realistic, so in that case you'd need 189.4 efficiency points to reach 147 (94.7 per team). I trust MIN to do that, but not SEA. I can see MIN with a rating in the high 90's and SEA in the high 80's-low 90's, not quite reaching 147. Under 147 is a bad bet. You'd probably need both teams to have an efficiency of under 100. Also, MIN plays faster than SEA. What if they force the pace? At 96, 184.4 efficiency points will equal 147 (92.2 per team). The only option is over 147 (I'm not betting on it since my goal is to have a high ROI).
