The Connecticut Sun explained

reports suggesting that Courtney Williams and Alex Bentley got into an altercation just before their recent road trip. Courtney was sent home whilst Bentley was traded last night to the Dream for Layshia Clarendon. This is starting to all make sense because the Suns chemistry has been poor lately. With Williams at home and rested and still on the roster, looks as though management made the decision to get rid of Bentley as she may of been the person who started the altercation and locker room tension.

i can def see that happening but i doubt bentley was the odd man out just cuz she supposdely started it.  i see it differently.  shes the only one that other teams want.  i wouldn't trade for williams shes too small.  i wouldn't even trade for j. thomas.  she is having a horrible year.  atlanta straight up robbed conn with this trade. bentley is a supreme talent that deserves to start.  she was an all star not that long ago.  clarendon was an all star too but only because she had one good year.  she sucks.  she can't run a offense she just runs around in circles not knowing what to do eating up shot clock.

i can see bentley winning that fight easily.  bentley probably left williams with black eyes and they sent her home so that she didn't play games looking like she got her ass whippped.

I don't what is true or false but you know a lot about these players.  Good stuff

Sucks, Bentley is legit off the bench for Conn.

Well, at least we get some semblance of what has become a dumpster fire of team after their awesome start.  I would have started Bentley, rather than Stricklen, and some players do a small burn about the idea of coming off the bench, she perhaps is/was one of them.

I am hoping against all hope that losing Alyssa Thomas is the real reason they can't hold onto leads in the fourth quarter and have fallen off a cliff.   Ogwumike has been been solid, but I can't think of one other player that has been good for them in the last past month and some have been outright bad like Jonquel Jones. 

Why get Clarendon? 

Why play Banham as a starter (or even at all)?...she's a defensive liability, is an average scores who can't get her shot and she can't pass without turning it over.

Sure, they're gonna play a ton of home games now, but they're not gonna be a top 2 seed and come playoff time they'll have a win some road games and they look dysfunctional. 

Keep A. Thomas and Ogwumike and purge the rest of the starters from the roster....Lexi Brown and some of the young players look more like someone you can win with.
