YTD: 28-29Today is a good day, the new Slipknot album has dropped and a new Tool song has finally been released. I am a patient man and that Tool song is their first in 13 years. That 42 point quarter from the Sky yesterday was the first a team has scored that many points (or more) in 13 years as well. Just one of this bizarre games. Phoenix Mercury @ LA Sparks: Sparks -6Mystics couldn&#x27;t handle BG the other night but I think the Sparks can. Hoping that Beard plays (questionable) so she can shut down little Leilani Mitchell because she has been on fire. Wiese for the Sparks has been a great surprise as well. CP3 and the Ogwumike sisters have a few things to do, stop BG, feed the ball to each other and get back on defense which I believe they will tonight. The Sparks IMHO are going to go on a run (hence why I took their futures play) and this homestand they are getting is doing the nicely. They have the Sky coming next to LA before they head out for 2 road games (vs Wings and Sky) before coming back home for another 3 straight home games). The Mercury are still thin, they will has Asia Taylor and Arica Carter on their bench but I really think the Sparks can shine in this game and get a win and some revenge for their 82-72 loss when the Sparks were playing awful.

These lines are so sharp right now. Always one line (either spread or total that is just so close)

Fever @ Mystics. Opened at -12.5, closed at -13.5 and the Mystics win by 13 thanks to 2 free throws hit by Anchonwa with 8 seconds to go.

Mercury @ Sparks, the 1H total was 77, the 1H just finished with 76 points.

Wings @ Storm, the 1H total was 73.5, some books showing 74 and that 1H was just finished and total points was 75.

Now that is just insane how sharp the books are. When I first started capping the league the reason I did that was because the books gave out some lazy lines time and time again, but these lines they are giving out now is just insane.

Lines have def been A LOT sharper the last few weeks. Books are definitely adjusting. Very little line movement compared to the early season.

I actually bet 3 games tonight, which is the most i've bet in a long time ( wash -12.5 saved me). Have been trying to stay disciplined and not throw darts. Still a good chunk of the season left though!

I miss the days of maybe 2015/16 when the books would set the lines the day before the game and you still could get 4/5 points better on a late season game! Ah, the good ol' days!

Oh well, on to tomorrow!

Still remember that game this season, Fever @ Dream and the line was released 1 hour before tip. The WNBL lines here in Oz get released around 24 hours before tip which gives you time to cap the game.
