WNBA Futures Is Out

Season just about a month away and futures released @ William Hill. 

Seattle +500 seemed like value play to me. Hoping Breanna Stewart comes back 100%. Tough to come back from that injury, but at a young age (24?), she still has plenty of upside to her game.

Liberty 40/1 (good long shot)

Would definitely wait until this weekend before making future bets as some of the players are opting out. No Jones for Sun, Cloud and Sanders are out and Montgomery is out for Dream. More to come apparently. They have up until Friday to let their teams know if they are playing or not.

I agree 100%. Definitely will see some big swings by this weekend. Already saw futures price drop for the Sun w/ Jones news..from 4.5 to 8/1.

Hopefully this virus won’t shut the season down. Seems like Spain, China ball has had some success with their league. Good chance we see some action a month from now. 

So that’s it, the time to opt out has finished. Wasn’t as many as I thought. Looking at the squads, liking Sparks and Storm. Mystics missing Cloud is a big loss and Tolliver left and went to LA. Little weak at the guard positions this season 

Still scratching my head a little...very small amount of players opted out. But again, from my understanding the safety policy was just release a couple days ago, giving players only 1-2 days to to make a decision. Wouldn’t surprise me if several more players decide to opt out next week.
