I will admit that, watching this Sparks team, she doesn’t seem to be a big part of what they do and their path to success. That combined with name recognition probably results in some inflated lines?

 I just don’t really trust her as a consistent scorer, especially when she shares the front court with her much more talented sister. If you look at her career stats since coming to LA, she rarely goes over 10 points even when given extra run. The first time I faded her I got a bit unlucky and Nneka got ruled out right before tip, creating a bigger role for Chiney and she dropped 19 :( 

Spark’s next game Chiney was ruled out so I didn’t get involved. Then last night felt like a good spot to fade with the usual starters back in and a slightly inflated line after scoring 15 and 19 in the only two games she played. She’s definitely capable of putting up 12-16 since she score from all 3 levels, but she’s just not very refined as a scorer and her shot volume can be a bit inconsistent. So anytime I see 10.5 or higher for her points I’ll be tempted to go under until I see something that changes my mind
