Mystics minus 3 at Aces
Washington is just too good for Las Vegas. Maybe next season the Aces can overtake the Mystics - but not now.
The Mystics are averaging 100 points in the first two games of this series. They have peaked at the right time. They scored 103 in the last game despite Ellen Delle Donne not having a good shooting game.
Reading between the lines in player and coaches quotes, the Aces sound like a defeated team that is outclassed. The Aces don't have the coach, or the defense, to pull the upset or hang within this short spread. They are 6-16 ATS the last 22 times facing winning teams. That's an indictment on Bill Laimbeer.
