The iGaming content and technology provider, Bragg Gaming, has announced an extended deal with Caesars Entertainment.

Under the new agreement, Bragg will shift from being Caesars’ iGaming content supplier to a full technology partner.

According to the press release issued by Bragg Gaming, the deal includes a technology licensing agreement, granting Caesars the right to use Bragg's Remote Games Server (RGS) technology. The partnership also includes access to the Bragg HUB product delivery and aggregation platform, and the Fuze player engagement system.

The partnership will give Caesars access to advanced tools such as bonuses, free spins, jackpots, and more. Bragg also intends to cooperate with Caesars' in-house game studio to develop a range of iGaming content for the latter's various online channels, including Caesars Palace Online Casino, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, and Horseshoe Online Casino.

The partnership is projected to drive significant growth for Bragg in 2025, particularly in North America. Bragg anticipates double-digit increases in both revenue and profitability, with exclusive content revenue serving as a key growth driver.

The enhanced collaboration also aligns with Bragg's strategic focus on expanding its North American iGaming market presence.

“We’re thrilled to be kicking off this exciting new content and technology project with Caesars for its online casino platforms,” said Neill Whyte, Chief Commercial Officer at Bragg Gaming Group.

Bragg Ready for Brazil Expansion

The partnership with Caesars is not the only significant deal Bragg Gaming has announced recently.

The company also entered Brazil after the country introduced regulated online gaming on January 1. According to forecasts from H2 Gambling Capital, the $1.4 billion Brazilian market will be worth $3.7 billion by 2029.

Bragg has also established itself as a supplier to roughly a third of the licensed operators in Brazil, including companies like Superbet, Betano, and Sportingbet.

By mid-2025, Bragg Gaming expects to be integrated with over half of the licensed operators in Brazil. Bragg projects that revenue from Brazil could represent as much as 10% of its total revenue in 2025.

Its portfolio for Brazil includes exclusive proprietary content such as Egyptian Magic and Crazy Diamonds, and exclusive games developed in cooperation with partners like Bluberi and Sega Sammy Creation. The company also aims to work with local studios to deliver customized content to Brazilian players.

North American iGaming Market Adds New Options

Caesars Entertainment isn’t the only U.S. operator to expand its gaming options recently, even as it added a new live dealer studio in Pennsylvania.

Rush Street Interactive has signed a deal with RubyPlay, to bring its content to BetRivers in New Jersey. The deal will include an exclusive portfolio of five premium slot games, with plans to expand up to 15 titles by the end of January. RubyPlay said it will go live in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and other states, such as Michigan and West Virginia.

Yggdrasil also signed a milestone deal with Aristocrat Interactive, giving the latter exclusive rights to distribute Yggdrasil's content in the U.S. and Ontario. This agreement combines the company's game portfolio, such as Valley of the Dead OnlyWins and 3 Gladiators vs Caesar, into Aristocrat's Ignite platform.
