Ahead of Super Bowl LIX on Feb. 9 at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Caesars Entertainment has introduced a Super Bowl prop betting lineup more extensive than any of its predecessors.
Sports fans aged 21 or older can place wagers through the Caesars Sportsbook app or at various Caesars Sportsbook locations, including the recently upgraded Caesars New Orleans, home to the only retail sportsbook in downtown New Orleans.
Caesars' updated prop betting menu includes thousands of wagers, including markets on the coin toss, individual player performances, and the game's Most Valuable Player.
Several sportsbook operators are focusing on prop betting ahead of the Super Bowl, and thousands of props are already available.
Additionally, quick picks will be updated daily until kickoff, and live same-game parlays, along with other real-time wagering options, will enable fans to place bets as the game progresses.
"For Super Bowl LIX, fans can bet on every aspect of the game with thousands of props to allow fans to feel closer to the performance of the game's biggest stars and participate alongside the biggest moments," said Kenneth Fuchs, senior vice president and CPO at Caesars Digital.
This year, Caesars Sportsbook has brought back two popular betting options for the Super Bowl: same-game parlays and Caesars Squares.
The new Caesars Squares, a digital version of the traditional Super Bowl squares game, lets users predict the final digit of each team's score at the end of the first quarter, halftime, and complete game. Caesars Squares will be in the more traditional form this year to facilitate number picks.
All bets through Caesars Sportsbook also rake in Caesars Rewards tier credits and reward credits. Players can redeem these credits for perks such as discounted stays at Caesars properties across North America, unique culinary and entertainment experiences, and even bonus cash for future bets.
Chiefs slight favorites ahead of Super Bowl LIX
Super Bowl LIX will see the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles in a rematch of the big game from 2023. The Chiefs are slight favorites after finishing the season with a 15-2 record. The team is chasing history, aiming to be the first franchise to win three Super Bowls in a row after beating the Eagles in 2023 and the San Francisco 49ers in 2024.
The Chiefs are already the first team in the Super Bowl era to return to the Super Bowl after winning the Vince Lombardi trophies the previous two years.
