America’s largest sports betting operator has paid out millions to its users thanks to the NFL.

FanDuel paid out $13.4 million to more than 20,000 people who placed a popular parlay that was promoted on the front page of its sports betting app.

The parlay, which closed at +3919 odds, featured player props from the NFL’s “Thursday Night Football” matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys would beat the Seahawks 41-35 in a high-scoring contest that benefited the thousands of FanDuel users who placed the parlay.

The anytime touchdown parlay highlighted each team’s best offensive weapons outside the quarterback position. Running back Tony Pollard and wide receivers Brandin Cooks and CeeDee Lamb were the three Cowboys players featured in the wager along with Seattle pass catcher DK Metcalf, who finished the contest with 134 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Metcalf’s career performance benefited a FanDuel user who pocketed more than $14,000.

The Cowboys versus Seahawks matchup also saw other players get into the end zone helping a bevy of other FanDuel users win their parlays, including a $10 wager at +61392 odds.

Expect bettors to continue to place an eye on Cowboys and Seahawks players moving forward.
