Hard Rock Bet has announced the launch of its new and improved Help Center, with several new features aimed at improving the overall user experience of the company's betting apps.

Highlights of the revamp include improvements to the resource’s searchability, along with a cleaner and simplified look. Players can now reach the site’s support team via live chat and email directly from the Help Center.

The resource can now be personalized according to players’ preferences, with detailed walkthroughs on how to solve common and more complex queries.

The Help Center can be accessed by heading to the account menu in the corner of app interface and clicking 'help.'

A response to player feedback

Following player feedback, Hard Rock Bet has improved the searchability of its help center options. Players can now type in single words related to the queries to find articles and walkthroughs that could resolve the problem they’re having.

Commonly searched categories are now easier to find and selecting a category will provide further detail on queries relating to that category. Specific questions and answers are available for many common topics.

Hard Rock’s digital assistant, Betsy, is available to answer simple questions too. Opening the live chat will connect players to Betsy immediately. If the digital assistant can’t solve a problem, it will automatically connect to a live support agent. Players also have the option to connect with support via the email button.

The Help Center update isn't the only change Hard Rock Bet has made to its betting platform this week. To coincide with the return of the NFL this week, the company has reintroduced the Flex Parlay feature to its apps.
