Hard Rock Bet is the official sportsbook of the Jacksonville Jaguars, as announced by both parties Friday.
With the 2024 NFL season kicking off last week, and marking the first such season during which Florida will allow for legal sports betting, Hard Rock Bet is set to feature prominently alongside the Jaguars in a new partnership, including promotions, experiences, and more.
“Hard Rock Bet is thrilled to Roll with the Jaguars and engage fans in DUUUVAL and beyond with our top-rated app,” said Nick Menas, Hard Rock Digital’s managing director of corporate strategy. “We’re proud to be the sportsbook for every kind of player and look forward to enhancing game days by bringing Jags fans closer to the action than ever before.”
Marquee signage within EverBank Stadium, digital, CRM, and social media campaigns will be part of the package, while other perks are set to include “backstage pass experiences” and “exclusive VIP access to Jaguars off-site events.”
“We’re always looking for innovative ways to provide Jaguars fans with unique opportunities and entertaining experiences,” said Scott Massey, Jaguars senior VP of corporate partnerships. “Through our partnership with Hard Rock Bet, Jags fans will have access to a best-in-class sportsbook app, free-to-play casino games, and chances to make ‘money-can’t-buy’ memories.”
Unique Florida landscape shapes deal
Notably, Hard Rock Bet is Florida’s only legal sportsbook, with the state offering exclusive rights to the Seminole Tribe as the proprietor of legal Florida sports betting.
First launching in 2021 as Hard Rock Sportsbook, the operator has been in and out of service, however, now appears here to stay after re-opening shop in late 2023.
More recently, Hard Rock Bet announced the reintroduction of its Flex Parlay feature, allowing players to win their parlay even if some legs on the parlay lose. Players will also have the option to adjust potential payouts with a new slider tool, allowing players to “increase and decrease potential winning depending on the emphasis on hitting all parlay bets.”
Other additions, such as a revamped Same Game Parlay and a tracker to monitor the progress of withdrawals and live props from their bet slip, have come just in time for the NFL season, which is typically among the busiest times of the year for sports bettors that solely gamble on gridiron action.
Hard Rock Bet is owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida, extending the Hard Rock brand into iGaming. Following its recent launch in Illinois, the Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook is now available in eight states, including Florida, New Jersey, Arizona, Indiana, Ohio, Virginia, and Tennessee.
Meanwhile, fans will get their first look at the new partnership between the Jaguars and Hard Rock Bet next week, when Jacksonville returns home for a showdown with the Cleveland Browns on Sunday afternoon.
