U.S. Integrity has officially announced a new partnership with LaLiga.
The goal of bringing U.S. Integrity into LaLiga is to gain a real-time alerting system for the top two Spanish football divisions. LaLiga will receive analytic updates as well as ProhiBet, which is a tool created by USI and Odds On Compliance to preserve integrity within its matches.
La Liga is attempting to eliminate any doubts about whether or not their matches are conducted cleanly in a fair and honest fashion.
“We’re incredibly excited to expand our international efforts, and to work with LALIGA to better align our alerting processes for their future matches on a global scale,” said USI CEO and co-founder Matthew Holt.

Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, and New York, USI is a leading technology-driven sports wagering monitoring company. Its main purpose is to offer high levels of protection to prevent betting fraud and other related corruption.
By partnering with LaLiga, the focus is going to be placed on ensuring that sports betting integrity is present at all moments before, during, and after a football match. Holt forecasted that this international-level agreement will increase the need and practice of sports betting integrity worldwide relying on USI’s proprietary anomaly detection tools developed in-house.
USI partnerships
USI has already engaged in other partnerships to prevent betting fraud and corruption from spreading. These partnerships include LIV Golf, announced in January, a UFC partnership in September 2023, and a couple of Division I conferences in August 2023.
In October 2023, USI officially merged with Odds on Compliance to form the first global compliance and integrity solution service in the sports betting industry. Prior to their merger, both of these companies collaborated to launch ProhiBet, a tool that monitors illicit betting activity. ProhiBet agreed to its own partnership with the UFC in an effort to identify any fighters, coaches, and officials who place bets on official UFC events.
ProhiBet has been a popular product integrated into various sports leagues, both domestic and international. It utilizes the encrypted data transfer system that the tool offers to prevent sports betting infractions from players, coaches, and officials.
LaLiga president Javier Tebas said the partnership represents “a significant milestone in our efforts to safeguard integrity and transparency in professional football."
"At LaLiga, we are committed to maintaining a fair and honest competitive environment for our clubs, players, and fans across the globe,” he said.
