We have nine games on the schedule tonight across the NBA, and I’ll include a few superstars in my entries such as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Jalen Brunson, and Kawhi Leonard. I am expecting both SGA and Brunson to have big nights offensively.

DraftKings NBA Pick6 fantasy basketball lineup for February 26

Thunder Shai Gilgeous-Alexander 30.5 points: MORE

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is having an MVP-type campaign and could very well beat out Nikola Jokic for the award. He’s averaging 32.4 PPG in 2024-25. Since the All-Star break, the Canadian has continued his brilliance, dropping more than 30.5 points in back-to-back games, scoring 39 and 37. He is unstoppable.

In February, Gilgeous-Alexander is averaging 32.2 points in 11 appearances and although he had just 27 against the Brooklyn Nets the last time they met, I don’t see them being able to slow down SGA when he’s this hot.

Knicks Jalen Brunson 26.5 points: MORE

Jalen Brunson is leading the New York Knicks with 26 PPG on 39% shooting from downtown. Although he’s averaging just 23.3 points post-All-Star break, the guard has dominated the lowly Philadelphia 76ers this season, whom the Knicks face tonight.

The Villanova product is averaging 28 points across two meetings with Philly. Given his brilliance against them, this feels like a night where Brunson really erupts in front of the MSG faithful.

Celtics Derrick White 4.5 assists: MORE

Derrick White is a key player for Boston in many ways. Aside from his scoring and defense, he’s also a solid playmaker, averaging 4.3 assists. That will be the focus here.

White has dished out more than 4.5 dimes in four of his last five outings, compiling seven and five assists across the last two games. The C’s are in Detroit tonight and although the Pistons are top 10 in the fewest dimes allowed, he’s facilitated at a high level against them.

In three meetings, White is averaging six assists and also averages 4.5 dimes versus Eastern Conference opponents.

Pistons Jalen Duren 11.5 rebounds: MORE

Jalen Duren is a beast on the boards. His physical stature allows him to dominate opponents down low, averaging 10.3 rebounds per night. The big man has enjoyed his best month of the campaign from a rebounding standpoint, averaging 12.1.

He’s grabbed more than 11.5 boards in three of his last four and just had a whopping 19 rebounds on Monday evening. Although he’s failed to register more than 11.5 this season against Boston, the latest trends point to that changing here at home.

Clippers Kawhi Leonard 22.5 points: MORE

Kawhi Leonard has started to finally play more minutes after coming back from injury and we’ve seen his production increase as well. The superstar has scored 25 points in two straight appearances and regularly plays over 30 minutes per night now.

There aren’t a lot of trends here other than his last two games where he put up more than 22.5 points. We all know Leonard is a bucket-getter and as he continues to be on the court more, we’ll see him score the rock at the rate we’ve seen in the past.

Clippers Bogdan Bogdanovic 2.5 threes: LESS

Bogdan Bogdanovic has always been known as an elite 3-point shooter, but that hasn’t been the case this season. The Clippers guard is struggling immensely from deep, draining just 1.8 triples on 6.2 attempts for a 28.7% clip.

Since coming over to the Clippers via trade, he’s shooting just 22.9% from deep, averaging 1.6 makes in February. Bogdanovic has also sank less than 2.5 treys in four of his last five. I have little confidence in his ability to shoot the three right now.
