It’s a quiet slate tonight with only six games on the schedule. Due to minimal entries, I’ll focus on Jayson Tatum in a Finals rematch between the Boston Celtics and Dallas Mavericks. In contrast, all of my other s elections come from the Los Angeles Clippers hosting the Indiana Pacers.

DraftKings NBA Pick6 fantasy basketball lineup for February 6
Jayson Tatum 25.5 points: LESS
Jayson Tatum is having another nice season, averaging 26.8 points per night. However, he’s only scored more than 25.5 twice in his last five appearances. The Boston Celtics are up against the Dallas Mavericks tonight in a Finals rematch and Tatum only averaged 22.2 points per game versus Dallas en route to a championship.
On top of that, the Duke product averages 24.3 PPG against Western Conference opponents as opposed to 28 vs. the East.
James Harden 22.5 points: LESS
James Harden may be heading to the All-Star Game, but he’s been underwhelming lately. The veteran guard is averaging just 17.7 PPG across his last eight appearances dating back to the middle of January, registering less than 22.5 points in six of those games.
While the Los Angeles Clippers are taking on an average Indiana Pacers squad, I don't have much faith in Harden right now, despite his statistics being better at home, because of his recent run of form that has seen him work more as a distributor than as a primary scoring option. The struggles will continue this evening.
Ivica Zubac 12.5 rebounds: MORE
From one Clipper to another. Ivica Zubac is enjoying a fantastic campaign for a surprising LA squad. Aside from his 15.1 PPG, he’s also averaging an impressive 12.6 rebounds. The big man was a beast on the boards in January, grabbing 13.5 per night.
While he’s only compiled more than 12.5 boards twice in his last five, Zubac averaged 13.5 against the Pacers last season and Indiana is also one of the worst teams in the league in rebounds allowed.
Tyrese Haliburton 17.5 points: LESS
This has been a disappointing season for Tyrese Haliburton. Although he’s still impressive as a playmaker, the guard is averaging a mere 17.9 PPG, down substantially from the last two years.
Haliburton just posted a goose egg in his last game where Indiana lost to the Portland Trail Blazers. While he has scored more than 17.5 in three of his previous five games overall, the zero points the other night rubs me the wrong way, especially against this Clippers defense. He only averaged 14.5 points against the Clippers last season and LA is elite defensively vs. point guards.
Pascal Siakam 6.5 rebounds: MORE
Pascal Siakam has been the leading man for the Pacers in 2024-25 over Haliburton. For this entry, we’ll focus on his rebounding. The Cameroonian is averaging 7.3 boards this season and his total sits at just 6.5 tonight.
Yes, he’s grabbed more than 6.5 just twice in the last five, but Siakam is averaging 7.0 rebounds in February in three games. Although LA is a strong rebounding team, Siakam's usage helps him overcome top-shelf defenses. Plus, Siakam had six boards in back-to-back games, so he hasn't been far off his total.
Norman Powell 22.5 points: MORE
My favorite pick of the lot. I don’t typically include Norman Powell in my entries, which — admittedly — is a mistake. The UCLA product is having a career year for the Clips, averaging 24 PPG to lead the team in scoring. He’s on a heater right now, dropping more than 22.5 in four of his last five.
That streak ended with his 20 points on Tuesday evening, but Powell is averaging 24.1 points at the Intuit Dome and the Pacers aren’t a good defensive unit against PGs, allowing nearly 25 PPG to the position. Powell will cook tonight at home.
