DraftKings NBA Pick6 Picks for Today: Fantasy Basketball Lineup for March 7

Minnesota's on a roll, with the Timberwolves' terrific twosome in Anthony Edwards and Julius Randle doing the damage. Look for both of them to go off vs. the Heat tonight, per Quinn Allen's DraftKings Pick6 selections for Friday night.

DraftKings NBA Pick6 fantasy basketball lineup for March 7

Timberwolves Anthony Edwards 26.5 points: MORE

Anthony Edwards continues to prove why he’s one of the best players in the Association this season. He’s averaging 27.5 PPG on 40% shooting from downtown. Elite. The superstar has dropped more than 27.5 points in five of his last nine and two of his last three.

The Timberwolves grabbed their third win in a row Wednesday and Ant posted 29 points. He also had 44 points against the Phoenix Suns on March 2. Edwards is scoring nearly four points more on the road compared to at home and Minnesota visits the Miami Heat tonight.

Timberwolves Julius Randle 17.5 points: MORE

Julius Randle has proven to be a solid secondary option for the Wolves behind Edwards. He’s averaging 18.9 PPG this season and has been playing very well lately. The veteran has registered more than 17.5 points in five of his last seven games.

Randle averages 20.1 PPG against the East compared to 18.4 versus the West. He’s also scoring over 20 points per night since the All-Star break and in March. Alongside Ant, the big man will also show out in South Beach.

Nuggets Nikola Jokic 27.5 points: LESS

Nikola Jokic has actually been struggling since the ASG break. Well, as a scorer at least. The Joker is averaging just 22.3 PPG post-All-Star, which is far below the usual production we’re used to seeing from him.

The Denver Nuggets superstar has scored less than 27.5 points in four of his last five. While he’s averaging 27.7 points this season against tonight’s opponent in the Phoenix Suns, I’ll believe in the recent trends instead.

Cavs Darius Garland 6.5 assists: MORE

Darius Garland hasn’t been scoring the rock at a super high level since the break, but his playmaking hasn’t missed a beat. The Cleveland Cavaliers’ best playmaker is averaging 6.8 assists per night and has dished out more than 6.5 dimes in four straight and seven of his last eight.

The guard just had 10 assists against the Heat and the Cavs face the lowly Hornets this evening, who rank 22nd in the league in assists allowed. Expect Garland to do his thing as a facilitator once again as Cleveland searches for their 13th victory in a row.

Mavs Klay Thompson 3.5 threes: MORE

The Dallas Mavericks are down bad with injuries after Kyrie Irving tore his ACL while Anthony Davis remains out. That means it’s essentially Klay Thompson carrying the load, and he’s shooting the rock well from downtown as of late.

Klay has drained more than 3.5 threes in four of his last five outings and was 6-for-14 from deep for 28 points on Wednesday against the Milwaukee Bucks. The Memphis Grizzlies are in town tonight, and while they’re a solid defensive squad, I’ll take Thompson’s hot hand.

Spurs Devin Vassell 18.5 points: LESS

Devin Vassell has had a couple of big nights as of late for the San Antonio Spurs. He just erupted for 37 points earlier this week, but overall, he’s averaging 15.9 PPG on the season, which is why I think his total is a little high here.

Vassell is scoring 15.6 PPG post-All-Star and has scored less than 18.5 points in four of his previous seven appearances. The 24-year-old is also averaging less than 18.5 PPG against the Sacramento Kings this season.
