The NBA finally returns after the All-Star break, which also means the return of the NBA player prop betting market, and with seven games on the board, there is no shortage of value to be found.
The Suns have to get used to life without star point guard for a while ,but they should be able to bully the Thunder on the boards tonight, while Ja Morant will try to be Mr. Everything for the Grizz when they take on the Timberwolves.
Check out our NBA player prop picks for Thursday, February 24, as we bank on some of the NBA's best to do their thing.

Today’s best NBA player props
Bullish on Ayo
With Lonzo Ball and Alex Caruso still on the self, Ayo Dosunmu continues to start for the Chicago Bulls and that means he will keep dishing out the dimes. He’ll look to keep it up when the Bulls come out of the All-Star break against the Atlanta Hawks on Thursday night.
Since becoming a starter, the Bulls’ point guard has been an excellent facilitator for guys like DeMar DeRozan, Zach LaVine, and Nikola Vucevic. Dosunmu has started 18 games since the middle of January and is averaging 6.8 assists over that span. So, getting even money on Dosunmu’s assist total of 5.5 in this matchup is intriguing.
The Bulls’ guard has gone Over this number 13 times in that 18-game stretch, including eight times in his last 10 games overall. Now, he faces a Hawks team that has a habit of allowing the extra pass. Atlanta allows the fourth-most assists per game in the NBA. Bet on Dosunmu to keep feeding in teammates the rock in this one.
Pick: Dosunmu Over 5.5 assists (+100)
Crowded House
The Phoenix Suns own the best record in the NBA coming out of the All-Star break at 48-10, but for the time being, they’ll have to adjust to life without Chris Paul. It was announced over the break (no pun intended) that Paul would be out 6-8 weeks with a thumb injury.
Luckily, the Suns will get to ease into the situation when they visit the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight. The Suns are still 10-point favorites against an OKC team with just 18 wins so far this season.
The Thunder are actually a scrappy bunch and have been a great bet up to this point in the season, but they clearly have some holes that need to be addressed for the future. For starters, they really struggle on the glass. The Thunder rank 25th in the NBA when it comes to rebounding percentage and dead last in opponent rebounds per game.
That could mean a big game on the boards for Suns' small forward Jae Crowder. Crowder averages 5.3 rebounds per game but has put more work in on the glass lately, averaging 7.8 per game over his last eight contests.
Crowder actually hauled down six or more boards in seven straight games before playing just 22 minutes in the Suns’ final game before the break. But in their first game out of the break, Crowder should be back to his normal minutes and go Over his rebounding total of 5.5 once again.
Pick: Crowder Over 5.5 rebounds (-130)
Ja-breaker
It took Ja Morant one play in the All-Star game to bring us a better dunk than we saw in the entire Slam Dunk Contest. It was just another reminder of how impressive Morant is. But that isn’t limited to his athleticism.
Morant has done it all for the Memphis Grizzlies this season, who currently sit third in the Western Conference. On top of putting up 26.8 points per game, Morant also averages 6.9 assists and 5.8 rebounds per contest.
He’ll look to be Mr. Everything once again when the Grizz host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Thursday night. Morant has actually upped those numbers slightly since the calendar flipped over to 2022, with 7.2 assists and 6.0 rebounds over his last 22 games.
He also has been a problem for T-Wolves this season (if you overlook the 43-point drubbing the Wolves handed the Grizz back on Nov. 20). In the other two matchups, Morant put up 8 rebounds and 6 assists, and 9 rebounds and 8 assists, respectively.
Morant’s assists + rebounds prop is a little juicy but he is a tough matchup for the T-wolves and should cash this again tonight.
Pick: Morant Over 12.5 assists + rebounds (-145)
