Against the spread (ATS) pick

On Friday, Andrew Wiggins, Jordan Poole and Damion Lee combined to score 86 points in Golden State’s 116-103 victory over Memphis. The three of them were scorching hot, as evidenced by their 13-of-25 shooting from the outside. Wiggins scoring 40 points was a big deal for the Warriors, as he’s had an up-and-down season for the team, but it was huge that he was able to step it up in Steph Curry’s absence. Curry will likely be out for tonight’s game as well, so Golden State will be relying on him again. However, the only issue is that it’s just unbelievably unrealistic to expect these guys to combine for at least 80 points again. Truth be told, the Warriors would be extremely lucky if the three of them scored 60.

On top of the Warriors being unlikely to turn in another masterful offensive performance, the Grizzlies are a solid basketball team. As of this moment, Memphis would be in the play-in tournament in a very competitive Western Conference. The significance of that is that good teams don’t slip up twice in a row. There’s no denying that Friday’s loss was a disappointing one for the Grizzlies. So, look for them to study the film, make some adjustments and inflict some punishment on the Warriors tonight.

Memphis was also 6-1 ATS against teams with winning percentages between 51 and 60 percent heading into Friday’s game. It might be 6-2 now, but that’s still a decent record.

PREDICTION: Grizzlies -6.0 (-110)

Over/Under pick

The Grizzlies have a Top-10 defensive rating this season, so allowing the Warriors' reserves to explode for big performances was uncharacteristic of them. Now, Memphis is going to look to lock in defensively and it’s hard to picture Golden State finding much success here.

The Grizzlies are going to be motivated by blowing that one on Friday, and they will likely be prepared to handle guys like Poole and Lee here. Both of them do not get a lot of usage on normal nights, so there’s likely not a whole lot of film on them. But now, Memphis will be able to dissect last night’s tape and figure it out.

On the other end, the Grizzlies are barely a Top-20 team in offensive rating. The Warriors are sound defensively, so it’s not going to be easy for the Grizzlies to score.

PREDICTION: Under 222.5 (-110)

Player prop pick

On Friday, Draymond Green had 13 assists in Golden State’s win over Memphis. Over the last 10 games, Green has had double-digit assists in seven of them, and he now gets another crack at running the offense without Curry.

On a normal night, Green still gets a whole lot of opportunities to create for others, but that’s ratcheted up when there’s no other playmakers on the floor. Even in a losing effort, Green is going to have to make plays for his teammates in this one. So he’s a pretty safe play to rack up a ton of dimes.

PREDICTION: Draymond Green Over 9.5 assists (-107)
