The NFL trade deadline has come and gone, and we now know which teams are going into full-on tank mode, or gearing up for a playoff run.
With caution in mind, join me as I break down Sunday's NFL slate and give you my best NFL picks against the spread.

Week 10 ATS picks
Bengals vs Ravens
Ravens -6
We've seen this song and dance before from the Bengals, only this time I'm not buying it. Yes, they beat up on a bad Raiders side, but still own one of the league's worst-scoring defenses. Baltimore can hit you from a multitude of different angles, and at home, will get the cover vs. this division foe.
Giants vs Panthers
Panthers +5
Suck vs. Suck. Who will suck less in this one? I'll take the Panthers for no other reason than this is far too many points for the Giants to be laying.
49ers vs Buccaneers
49ers -5.5
The Buccaneers' season appears to slipping away after dropping their MNF game vs. the Chiefs. The 49ers, while at 4-4, are the more complete team, and one equipped with a Top 10 defense. I'll lay the points here with the Niners off their bye.
Falcons vs Saints
Falcons -3
The Saints just fired their head coach, so most would think a "new coach bump" is coming. I don't buy it. There's friction in the room, and they've already dropped their first game vs. the Falcons this year. Falcons roll to an easy win.
Broncos vs Chiefs
Broncos +8
Maybe I'm crazy to be stepping in front of this Chiefs train, but in a divisional game, I think this is too many points. The Broncos always play the Chiefs close and it helps when you have a Top 3 scoring defense to slow down Patrick Mahomes.
Bills vs Colts
Bills -4
Whether or not you believe Joe Flacco or Anthony Richardson should be under center, there's no denying the Colts' defense stinks. They give up plenty of yards, and the Bills have an offense that'll make them pay. Bills roll.
Steelers vs Commanders
Steelers +3
Who would have thought this Week 10 matchup between the Steelers and Commanders would be a battle of division leaders? Not I, that's for sure. This is a battle between an explosive offense vs. an elite defense, and I'll take the defense to win out.
Vikings vs Jaguars
Vikings -4
The Jacksonville Jaguars are not a good football team. They are undisciplined, not well-coached, and have a piss-poor defense. I expect Sam Darnold to have a big day and for the Vikings to win this one going away.
Patriots vs Bears
Bears -6.5
I don't feel comfortable laying this many points with a 4-4 team, but the Patriots' offense has shown nothing by way of offense. If the Bears can get to their average of 21 points, they should be able to cover this spread.
Titans vs Chargers
Titans +7.5
Maybe I'm alone on this island, but the Chargers don't exactly do it for me. At 5-3, they have an offense that is comparable to the (2-6) Titans, which means they shouldn't be laying over a touchdown. The Titans are off an OT win, so maybe we can catch lightning a bottle here in LA.
Eagles vs Cowboys
Eagles -7.5
The Eagles are good. They have plenty of weapons and a QB who can run and throw with the best of them. The Cowboys are starting Cooper Rush. Need I say more?
Jets vs Cardinals
Cardinals -1
Just because the Jets picked up a win on Thursday Night vs. a banged-up Texans side, doesn't mean they are all of a sudden a good team. The Cardinals are dangerous at home and are the favorite for a reason.
Lions vs Texans
Lions -3.5
Speaking of the banged-up Texans, they won't have enough firepower to keep up with this Lions offense.
Dolphins vs Rams
Rams -2.5
Tip of the cap to Tua Tagovailoa as he played well in his return to action, but on the road here, vs. a Rams side that's got some momentum having won three straight, I don't see Tagovailoa faring all too well. Give me the home side under a field goal.
