Week 17 resumes with a Seattle Seahawks group hoping to keep its slim playoff hopes alive, taking on the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field.
My Seahawks vs. Bears anytime touchdown picks have found value in a pair of veteran hands with good chances to hit TNF paydirt.

DK Metcalf anytime touchdown

The Seattle Seahawks must win and veteran quarterback Geno Smith needs to have a big game.
Smith’s results have been mixed due to injuries, but he slung three scoring strikes in a Week 16 loss to the Minnesota Vikings and may have to sling three more to beat the Chicago Bears on Thursday Night Football.
That’s why I like DK Metcalf to snag one in the end zone. While he may have lost the top spot in the Seahawks' WR room, he’s still a Smith favorite, with seven targets per game, including eight in the red zone this season.
The Bears secondary is tough, surrendering only one passing TD per game this season, but the Seahawks WR corps is the healthiest it's been, and I like the vet to haul one in under the bright prime-time lights.
Metcalf gets the targets and will have the opportunity to thrive. With all eyes on Jaxon Smith-Njigba, I expect Smith to rely more heavily on Metcalf, and the six-year vet delivers when it matters most.

Bears anytime touchdown pick
Keenan Allen anytime touchdown

The Bears offense has had its ups and downs, but wideout Keenen Allen has found success on the receiving end of rookie quarterback Caleb Williams’ passes.
Williams has slung two or more touchdown passes in four of his last five and meets a Seattle passing defense surrendering nearly two TD receptions away from Lumen Field.
Allen has been highly effective inside the 20, hauling in six of his 14 red-zone targets — five touchdowns — and meets a Seattle defense that’s allowed 17 scoring strikes as the field gets shorter.
He’s snagged at least one touchdown reception in four of his previous five games. Chicago can move the chains enough for Williams and Allen to continue their growing trust in one another and for the young QB to find the vet in the end zone.
