Broncos vs Jaguars Week 8 Props: Jeudy Strings Together a Pair of Good Games

In Russell Wilson's absence last week, Jerry Jeudy showed up in a big way for the Broncos. With Wilson back under center against the Jaguars, our NFL prop picks are counting on another strong showing for Jeudy.

What could be better than an extra three hours of football in Week 8? That’s what we’re in store for when historic Wembley Stadium hosts the Denver Broncos and Jacksonville Jaguars.

This contest features a 39.5-point total, but we have three player props for you to consider for this Sunday morning clash.

Will Jags RB Travis Etienne make an impact, or could Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy steal the show? Don’t miss our NFL prop picks for Denver vs. Jacksonville, and check out our Broncos vs. Jaguars picks for more.

Broncos vs Jaguars Week 8 props

James Robinson has been shipped off to the Jets, making Travis Etienne the main man in the Jags' backfield. Etienne has scampered for 415 yards and a TD this season and has averaged 6.1 yards per carry.

Etienne rushed for 114 yards on 14 carries with his first touchdown in the Jags' home loss to the New York Giants but has ripped off runs of 30, 48, and 49 yards over his past three contests.

Etienne faces a Denver side allowing 112 rushing yards per contest and gave up 105 to the Jets last week. Jets RB Breece Hall gashed the Broncos for 72 yards on four carries before his second-quarter exit.

According to DVOA, Denver ranks 18th against the run, and with the low spread and total, look for Etienne to get a few more touches and exceed the 69.5-yard oddsmakers’ total.

Travis Etienne Prop: Over 69.5 rushing yards (-113)

I’ve always been a fan of kicking props, and Jags kicker Riley Patterson’s Over 1.5 field goals seems like a gift from the gambling gods.

Patterson has knocked down 10 of his 11 tries and has booted multiple field goals in three of his last seven games. The Jags kicker is 4-for-4 on attempts over 40 yards, and I like his chances for multiple tries Sunday.

Jacksonville should be able to move the ball enough and could be aided by a Broncos offense with more giveaways than the defense has takeaways. Denver allows three made field goals per contest, and if Patterson gets the opportunity, the second-year kicker from Memphis could have a big day.

Riley Patterson Prop: Over 1.5 made field goals (+115)

Broncos WR Jerry Jeudy has a sweet matchup Sunday against a Jacksonville defense allowing 248 passing yards per contest, and Jeudy should exceed the 46.5 total.

Though Russell Wilson is back under center this week, Jeudy saw 11 targets from backup Brett Rypien last week, and the wideout delivered with seven catches for 96 yards.

Jeudy has exceeded 46.5 receiving yards in his previous four contests, with plays of 32 or more in each of those four games. This one should cash early against the soft Jaguars secondary.

Jerry Jeudy Prop: Over 46.5 receiving yards (-115)
