We made it. Another NFL Draft cycle is about to conclude on Thursday, as teams finalise their preparations for the 2025 NFL Draft. That also means the rumors and noise are as loud as it gets.

However, I’m here to sort through that noise with my final mock draft — and it’s a doozy. The action around where Ashton Jeanty will land is coming hot and heavy, and I have just two quarterbacks getting selected in Round 1. The question is, is either of them Shedeur Sanders?

Check out my final NFL picks as well as some NFL Draft picks in Version 3.0 of my mock draft.

2025 NFL Mock Draft Version 3.0

1. Titans: Cam Ward, QB, Miami

Unless there's some last-minute trade, Cam Ward is going to be a Titan. He recently did a Fortnite stream where he was asked who his favorite NFL wide receivers were. His answer included Calvin Ridley and Treylon Burks. That sounds like a man who knows he’s headed to Tennessee.

Ward was -220 to go No. 1 when I did my mock last week. He's now a staggering -10000. There's no value to be had in Ward's markets at this point in the process.

2. Browns: Travis Hunter, ATH, Colorado

With the Cleveland Browns resigning Myles Garrett, the unicorn Travis Hunter looks like the better fit and gives them a dynamic player at two positions of need. That said, what was the sales pitch to Garrett? It couldn’t have included conversations about Kenny Pickett and Joe Flacco at quarterback, could it?

I don’t know what to make of this team's situation, so I’ll just pencil in Hunter and keep away from wagering on them. He's now a -800 favorite to be the No. 2 pick.

3. Giants: Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State

If you thought I was confused about Cleveland's draft strategy, the Giants are here to say, “Hold my beer”. Signing Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston seems like a wild choice for a front office that needs to reset its timeline, but in this scenario, the New York Giants don’t pass up a chance to select a blue-chip prospect who's once again a sizeable -550 favorite to go in this spot.

4. Bears (Mock trade via NE): Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State

I’ve seen too many mocks go Ward, Hunter, Carter, and then Campbell to the New England Patriots in this spot. That’s too quiet and chalky for a draft. Screw that, we’re shaking things up.

It’s been reported that the Chicago Bears are dying to get their hands on Ashton Jeanty to provide some relief for Caleb Williams, and they know they’ll have to trade up to get him. They have two early second-round picks to work with, while the Pats can get a guy similar to who they would have taken at No. 4 at 10 and get additional picks to fill a roster that has a ton of holes.

5. Jaguars: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona

Let’s keep this final mock going wild. It feels like everyone and their grandma has the Jacksonville Jaguars taking Michigan defensive tackle Mason Graham. Still, new head coach Liam Coen is an offensive coach, and pairing Tets with Brian Thomas Jr. could just be what Trevor Lawrence needs to take the next step in his development.

I don’t get the mixed reviews on McMillian. He’s a game changer, and just look at his tape against Travis Hunter; he spent the entire game cooking the Heisman winner. McMillan is +200 to be a Top-10 pick and +450 to go in the Top 5. I think there's value in both.

6. Raiders: Will Campbell, OT, LSU

The Bears saved the Las Vegas Raiders from themselves by taking Jeanty. Additionally, this running back class is genuinely impressive and can be picked up later. Instead, they'll fill a major hole by selecting Will Campbell. Despite his T-Rex arms, Campbell has all the tools to play left tackle at the NFL level for a long time.

He was my No. 1 offensive lineman coming into the draft process, and that won’t change in my final mock. He's the -750 favorite to be the first offensive lineman selected.

7. Jets: Armand Membou, OT, Missouri

The New York Jets will take a long look at Mason Graham if he falls like this, but getting a right tackle is priority No. 1 this offseason, which is where Armand Membou excelled at Mizzou.

He's flown up boards during the draft process thanks to his unique combination of size, strength, and speed. He's a Day 1 starter for the Jets at right tackle, protecting new quarterback Justin Fields.

8. Dolphins (Mock trade via CAR): Mason Graham, DT, Michigan

The Carolina Panthers have made it very clear they're looking to trade out of this spot, and they get a little lucky in this spot with Mason Graham’s pseudo slide and the Miami Dolphins desperately wanting to upgrade their interior defensive line.

Graham has a little Aaron Donald in his game. He can disrupt the passing game and plug up the run. The Dolphins immediately improve their defense with this pick.

9. Saints: Will Johnson, CB, Michigan

The big question here is whether the New Orleans Saints will invest in a QB, but they've dropped to the +350 favorite to draft Shedeur Sanders, and while I could see them pulling the trigger on Jaxson Dart, it still seems like a bit of a reach.

Instead, they fill a position of need by taking one of the best players on the board. Will Johnson has some injury concerns, but he’s my top corner, and when he played at Michigan, he legitimately took away half the field.

10. Patriots (Mock trade via CHI): Kelvin Banks Jr., OT, Texas

The Patriots move down, get more draft capital, and still get a player who likely would have been in the conversation to go at No. 4 overall. In Banks, they get a guy who was a three-year starter at Texas and only allowed four pressures last season. Plug him in at left tackle and protect Drake Maye’s blind side for the next decade.

11. 49ers: Mykel Williams, EDGE, Georgia

The San Francisco 49ers, surprisingly, have a lot of holes to fill this offseason and could go a lot of different ways, but they pull the trigger on Mykel Williams here. Getting someone to play opposite Nick Bosa is a must for the Niners if they want to return to having an elite defense.

Williams addresses that immediately. Injuries hampered his production at Georgia this season, but he’s a freak athlete and fits the profile of what the Niners like with their edge rushers.

12. Cowboys: Ty Warren, TE, Penn State

Most mocks these days have the Dallas Cowboys taking a wide receiver, but they've proven in recent years that they’ll take the best player available, particularly if a special talent falls to them.

Think CeeDee Lamb and Micah Parsons; that’s what happens here with Ty Warren. Dallas needed someone else to take the pressure off Lamb in the passing game. Warren does that and so much more.

13. Panthers (Mock trade via MIA): Jalon Walker, EDGE, Georgia

This is a great scenario for the Panthers. They traded down and still got an impact edge rusher, one they might have taken at No. 8 if they had stayed put.

Jalon Walker is an explosive player with long arms and rare versatility. He’s the type of player the Panthers could line up all over the field, instantly becoming a leader for a group that is craving for impact defenders.

14. Colts: Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan

The Indianapolis Colts just miss out on Ty Warren, but get a pretty good consolation prize in Colston Loveland. Some evaluators even have the Michigan product ahead of Warren.

Loveland moves great for a guy who measures 6-foot-5 and 245 pounds. He also has great hands and would be a great security blanket for Anthony Richardson.

15. Falcons: Shemar Stewart, EDGE, Texas A&M

The Atlanta Falcons are another team that's reportedly been looking for a trade partner in hopes of moving down. I’m just not sure who’s moving up to this spot at this point. I'm sure the Falcons need to improve their pass rush.

Stewart has been a process darling after running a 4.58 40-yard dash while measuring 6-foot-5 and 267 pounds at the combine. Those physical traits will be enough for the Falcons to overlook his lack of production at Texas A&M.

16. Cardinals: James Pearce Jr., EDGE, Tennessee

James Pearce Jr. has been one of my guys all process long, and I find his fall among draft pundits puzzling, with most mocks having him at the tail end of the first round now. \

He's a little undersized, and there seem to be some unwarranted character concerns, but what I saw was one of the most dominant edge rushers on one of the best defenses in the country at Tennessee. And everything I’ve read said his coaches and teammates loved him.

17. Bengals: Malaki Starks, S, Georgia

The Cincinnati Bengals need someone to lead their defense, and Malaki Starks is the man for the job. He can line up all over the field, including at linebacker. He has great ball skills, but most importantly, his football IQ is through the roof.

I don’t get that Starks has been dinged a bit in the draft process. Just watch his tape, draft him, and be happy for a long time.

18. Seahawks: Matthew Golden, WR, Texas

The Seattle Seahawks either need to protect Sam Darnold or get him another weapon with this pick. I’m going with the latter now that DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett are gone.

Matthew Golden showed his blazing speed at the combine, running a 4.29 40-yard dash, but he's also a polished route runner with great hands who would be a great complement to Jaxson Smith-Njigba.

19. Buccaneers: Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama

Jihaad Campbell would be a perfect fit in Todd Bowles’ defense. He’s a super explosive and athletic linebacker who can rush the passer and play off-ball. Lavonte David is back, but he is 35 years old, so Campbell will do well to play next to him for a season before taking over his role the following year.

20. Broncos: TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State

First-round running backs are sexy again! Omarion Hampton is getting a lot of love in this spot, but I have TreVeyon Henderson ranked higher. Not only is he an explosive runner, but he’s also arguably the best pass-catching back in this class, and to me, he appears to be the better fit for Sean Payton’s offence.

21. Steelers: Derrick Harmon, DL, Oregon

I just can’t give the Pittsburgh Steelers a quarterback. The stink of the Kenny Pickett failure is still too fresh. While Pittsburgh needs a quarterback, neither Shedeur Sanders nor Jaxson Dart helps them in the short term.

Instead, they bolster their defensive line by taking Derrick Harmon. Cam Heyward is no spring chicken, and Harmon can start as a 3-4 end.

22. Chargers: Kenneth Grant, DL, Michigan

The Los Angeles Chargers need to improve their interior defensive line play, so there isn’t going to be much stopping Jim Harbaugh from rushing to grab his former standout at Michigan.

He's a behemoth of a defensive tackle with surprising quickness. He's dominant against the run and can collapse the pocket from the interior.

23. Packers: Jahdae Barron, DB, Texas

There are rumors swirling that Jahdae Barron could go much higher than this, even as high as No. 7 to the Jets. If he’s there for the Green Bay Packers to select, they should sprint to the podium to make this selection (which, as Packers fans know, means they probably won’t do it.)

Barron plays bigger than his size and is super versatile. He was the Longhorns' slot corner before moving outside last season.

24. Saints (Mock trade via MIN): Jaxson Dart, QB, Mississippi

A second quarterback finally goes, and it’s not Shedeur Sanders. The New Orleans Saints and new head coach Kellen Moore have put in a lot of work on Jaxson Dart, and the word on the street is that he's their preferred option over Sanders. You can get Dart to be the second quarterback selected at +225. This move also makes sense for a Minnesota Vikings team with just four picks in this draft.

25. Texans: Grey Zabel, OL, North Dakota State

Grey Zabel is one of the names getting the most buzz as we head down the home stretch of this draft cycle.

He's been linked to several teams ahead of this spot, but the Houston Texans will happily take him as they need to overhaul their offensive line and do everything to protect CJ Stroud and rebuild his confidence heading into this season.

26. Rams: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

The Los Angeles Rams are in win-now mode, and no player available to this point can help the Rams do that better than Emeka Egbuka. While he may not be as highly touted as some of the other Buckeyes wideouts we’ve seen drafted recently, he’s as reliable as they come. Egbuka has sure hands, is a great route runner, and can play out wide or in the slot, which is something the Rams love.

27. Ravens: Mike Green, EDGE, Marshall

Oh, look. Another highly-touted defender falls into the laps of the Baltimore Ravens. Mike Green is one of the biggest risers during this draft process. He led the FBS with 17 sacks this season thanks to his explosive speed off the edge.

28. Lions: Walter Nolen, DT, Mississippi

The Detroit Lions need interior line help on both sides of the ball, but we saw them struggle to get pressure when Aidan Hutchinson got hurt, so I’m going with the defensive side of the ball. Walter Nolen’s name is starting to get some real buzz, so he could be gone at this point, and his talent is undeniable.

29. Commanders: Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina

I almost had the Washington Commanders trading out of this spot, then Omarion Hampton fell to them. The Commanders continue to build around Jayden Dainels and give him another weapon in Hampton.

Yes, they still have Austin Ekeler, but he's almost always an injury concern. Hampton has the ideal size and speed for a running back, and it's rumoured some teams have him ranked ahead of Jeanty.

30. Bills: Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky

Josh Allen needs more weapons, but that secondary needs to be better if the Buffalo Bills hope to finally end their Super Bowl drought, and Bills Mafia will love Hairston. The former Wildcat was also a process standout, running the fastest 40 time this year at 4.28. He's a ball hawk with fluid movements while still being a physical defensive back.

31. Chiefs: Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State

Did you see how the Kansas City Chiefs lost the Super Bowl? The pressure the Eagles created without blitzing was very apparent. So, the Chiefs happily snatch up a guy who would have probably been gone much sooner if not for a knee injury.

32. Eagles: Luther Burden, WR, Missouri

It doesn’t sound like AJ Brown is getting traded this year, but with all the Eagles' draft capital the next couple of years and having another Super Bowl under their belt, this can qualify as a luxury pick. And what a luxury this is.

Luther Burden is my WR2, but teams are concerned he played too much behind the line of scrimmage last season, but I think that’s more a product of his terrible offense and not his skill. He's a burner with surprisingly good hands. Watch out when he gets in space. You can get him at +220 to be a first-round pick.
