Cleveland Browns -12.5
The Texans shocked the NFL with a dominant win over the Jaguars in Week 1 but we need to remember the level of competition they faced. Jacksonville played terribly but it's a different beast in Week 2 against a very strong Browns team. People may be looking elsewhere in the competition this week but Cleveland can cover vs. Houston.
Philadelphia Eagles +3
The 49ers played well to begin Week 1 but again, it's important to consider the level of competition — and the Lions' production came when they were trailing big. The Eagles impressed in the trenches on both sides of the ball in Week 1 against the Falcons and can take advantage of an injured, road-weary 49ers team.
Tennessee Titans +6
This is absolute numbers play for me. The Titans with Mike Vrabel and Ryan Tannehill have only failed to cover a similar spread at Arrowhead against the Chiefs in the playoffs. This price has gone too far the other way after Week 1, especially with the Titans expected to rebound on offense.
L.A. Chargers -3.5
I'm putting my trust in Brandon Staley after a Week 1 in which the offensive line held up brilliantly and the Chargers leaned on Justin Herbert and their passing attack. Against a depleted Cowboys defense, L.A.'s offense will have some fun just like the Buccaneers did last Thursday.
Green Bay Packers -11
Wrapping it up with Monday Night Football at Lambeau Field. The Packers had a brutal matchup a week ago against a stacked Saints defense but now Aaron Rodgers gets a fantastic rebound spot against a Lions defense that lacks talent and experience. Green Bay's defense will be able to round back into form, too, against Jared Goff and a toothless Lions offense.
