Eagles vs Rams SNF Prop Bets: Staff Infection Hits SoFi

Although he escaped unscathed in last week's win over New England, Matthew Stafford has been turning the ball over far too often in 2024, and we expect the league's best defense to keep that trend going in primetime.

The Philadelphia Eagles are set to face off against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday Night Football.

Although both teams have plenty of skill players, Week 12 odds might be underestimating how well these defenses have played lately.

That's why my NFL picks are fading superstar running back Saquon Barkley and Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, while also backing safety Quentin Lake to stuff the stat sheet.

Here are my favorite NFL player props for the Eagles vs. Rams on November 24.

Eagles vs Rams SNF props

Prop bet #1: Matthew Stafford Over 0.5 interceptions

-130 at bet365

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford has been throwing for plenty of yards in recent weeks, but he's a gunslinger with a tendency to turn the ball over.

Stafford has thrown an interception in six of his last seven games while committing 14 turnover-worthy plays this year — the fifth-highest number in the NFL. He'll have a much tougher matchup this week against a Philadelphia Eagles defense that has been flying high under Vic Fangio.

The Eagles boast the best PFF coverage grade in the league and rank second in pass rush grade. They are also fourth in opponent pass efficiency (78.9) and have picked off a pass in each of their last four contests.

Prop bet #2: Saquon Barkley Under 95.5 rushing yards

-110 at bet365

Since Week 4, the Rams are sixth in the league in defensive EPA and seventh in defensive rush success rate. They've been stuffing the run lately, allowing 90.8 rushing yards per game and just 3.4 yards per rush attempt over their last four contests.

A big reason they've impressed against the run has been the rapid growth of their rookies. First-round pick Jared Verse ranks third among all edge defenders in run defense grade (86.5), while second-rounder Braden Fiske is sixth among interior linemen in run stop win rate. Even undrafted linebacker Omar Speights has slotted into the starting lineup over the last two weeks, racking up 14 tackles.

Even though Eagles running back Saquon Barkley has been a monster lately, his rushing total looks a tad high. While he's rushed for more than 100 yards in four of his last five games, those were all favorable matchups against poor run defenses.

Prop bet #3: Quentin Lake Over 4.5 solo tackles

-130 at bet365

Rams safety Quentin Lake has been a tackling machine and leads the team with 82 total tackles and 52 solo stops. The safety is coming off a game against the Patriots where he racked up seven solo tackles and had 11 total tackles. The O/U on Lake's solo tackles this week is set at 4.5, and he has eclipsed that number in eight of 10 games this year.

The Eagles have an up-tempo offense and lead the NFL in plays per game (65.9), with that number ticking up to 69.3 over their last three contests. They also like to attack up the middle and downfield, which will give Lake more tackling opportunities.
