It’s the end of the NFL regular season road. While most of the drama is settled, there are still some massive gaps in the playoff picture to be filled, the largest being the battle for the NFC North and the NFC's No. 1 seed, with the Vikings and Lions duking it out on Sunday Night Football.
It’s a 3-horse race for the final playoff spot in the AFC, with the Broncos, Bengals, and Dolphins all in pursuit, while the Buccaneers need a win to claim the NFC South. Stumble and Atlanta could sneak by them and into the postseason.

Expert Week 18 moneyline picks
Browns vs Ravens
Ravens (-1650)
Saturday night is for the AFC North. The Ravens can lock it up with a win, and considering Dorian Thompson-Robinson is part of an un-elite 1 TD/10 INT club, Baltimore should roll.
Bengals vs Steelers
Steelers (+100)
Even if Baltimore clinches things up before the Steelers kick-off, the Steelers need a win to lock up the No. 5 seed and match up with the upset-ripe Texans on Wild Card weekend.
Cincinnati needs a win and Denver and Miami losses to get in. The Bengals narrowly avoided playoff death at home against the Broncos. Even a superhero effort from Joe Burrow won't get it done against a division rival.
Giants vs Eagles
Eagles (-170)
It’s the Saquon Barkley record-breaking rushing yards watch, running simultaneously with the “please, dear God, don’t get hurt Saquon” watch. The Giants’ Super Bowl was spoiling the Colts’ playoff party last week. They'll revert back to the pumpkin of a squad that scores 16.3 points per (31st in the NFL).
Commanders vs Cowboys
Cowboys (+180)
The Commanders are into the playoffs, but a win ensures they get the Rams instead of the Eagles, leaving Philly to the Packers.
This would be such a Dallas win: a thumping of its division rival so that Jerry Jones feels good about resigning Mike McCarthy.
Bills vs Patriots
Patriots (+124)
If Josh Allen sees the field for anything other than the opening snap and a handoff to keep his consecutive starts streak alive, it would be criminal. The Pats aren’t any good, but neither are the Bills without Allen.
Bears vs Packers
Packers (-395)
The Packers have beaten the tires off every team not named the Eagles, Lions, or Vikings. After their Top-6 scoring defense was lit on fire by the Vikes, this is a get-right game ahead of the playoffs.
Panthers vs Falcons
Panthers (+340)
Michael Penix has looked good since taking over from Kirk Cousins, and it makes you wonder just how many more wins he could have delivered if they made the change sooner.
This roller coaster of a season for Bryce Young ends on a positive, and for once, some optimism in Carolina.
Saints vs Buccaneers
Buccaneers (-850)
The Bucs have a scary good offense with Baker Mayfield at the helm. They also had a cream-puff schedule after their Week 11 bye, allowing the offense to pump out 32.6 points per game.
The Saints are a mess, and Spencer Rattler won’t be enough to throw a wrench into Tampa’s playoff plans.
Jaguars vs Colts
Colts (-218)
Jacksonville’s wins this year: Tennessee (twice), New England, and Indianapolis.
The Colts have alternated wins and losses in seven straight. Last time out, a Giants team that hadn’t topped 30 points in a game all season hung 45 on them to end their playoff hopes. They'll finish with a win at home.
Texans vs Titans
Texans (-112)
The Texans have a 1-5 record against teams with a winning record this year, and every team would love to have them as their playoff opponent.
CJ Stroud’s game is lost. This is a guy who was being touted as an MVP candidate coming off a 23-touchdown, 5-interception season where he threw for over 4,100 yards as a rookie.
This year: 3,677 yards, 19 TDs, 12 picks. Sure, they beat up the Titans, but their end is coming fast.

Dolphins vs Jets
Jets (+102)
Even if they did beat the Browns to keep their playoff hopes alive, it’s not advisable to bet on the Dolphins without Tua Tagovailoa. If his hip keeps him out, betting on either Aaron Rodgers or Tyrod Taylor makes more sense.
Seahawks vs Rams
Seahawks (-218)
At one point, this was a circle-the-calendar, all-the-marbles showdown. Alas, the Seahawks couldn’t hold up their end of the bargain.
Their consolation prize is pounding on L.A.’s backups, as no player of significance should be in the field of play for the Rams.
49ers vs Cardinals
Cardinals (-148)
If this season wasn’t enough of a downer, San Francisco held its collective breath when Brock Purdy injured his elbow late on Monday night against the Lions. That’s the same elbow he needed surgery on as a rookie. Thankfully, he should be OK.
The 49ers won’t, though. Arizona failed to play spoiler last week against the Rams but will definitely be the more engaged team as Frisco plays out the slate.
Chargers vs Raiders
Chargers (-265)
L.A. is preparing to play this as a need-to win, as a Pittsburgh loss and Chargers win brings L.A. to the fifth seed and a date with those Texans, avoiding the Ravens in the Wild Card Round.
The Raiders finally cracked 20 points in a game for the first time since Week 9, but that was against equally sad New Orleans. They'll get spanked to end their campaign.
Chiefs vs Broncos
Broncos (-470)
Cincinnati’s loss earlier in the day makes this anticlimactic.
In the event the Bengals do win, Denver handles this Chiefs team that's only being propped up by the brilliance of Patrick Mahomes (who’s already been ruled out).
Vikings vs Lions
Lions (-148)
And the season ends with the mother of all matchups — the first-ever meeting between a pair of 14-win teams.
The Vikings have ripped off nine straight, while the Lions have lost just once since their Week 5 bye, winning 13 of its last 14 overall.
Detroit needs this one more, and that Round 1 bye would be a major advantage for a team that's considered among the most physical in the NFL.
Their defense is spare parts, so outscoring their problems in front of the home fans at Ford Field en route to New Orleans is their best play. Minny won’t make it easy, but it will instantly become the most overqualified Wild Card team in the history of the NFL.
