NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year odds favorites
Jayden Daniels (-20000)
A dual-threat force who boasts the best athleticism at the position, Jayden Daniels' potential has been on full display for the Washington Commanders.
Daniels' performance in a key Week 17 win over the Falcons likely locked up the award. The signal-caller threw 3 TD passes and ran for 127 yards, breaking Robert Griffin II's rookie record for single-season rushing yards by a QB.
Brock Bowers (+2500)
Despite the Las Vegas Raiders' struggles to move the ball consistently, Brock Bowers has emerged out of the chaos as a steady option for Luke Getsy's offense. Bowers capped the season at 1,194 receiving yards, surpassing Mike Ditka for the highest mark in a season by a rookie tight end.
Bo Nix (+10000)
Bo Nix continues to linger on NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year odds. The Oregon product finished the regular season on a high note, throwing for 321 yards and four TDs in a 38-0 trouncing of the Chiefs.

Jared Verse (-4000)
A two-time first-team All-American, Jared Verse wreaked havoc in the trenches for Florida State over the last two years, collecting 18 sacks and 29.5 TFL.
Falling into the arms of the Los Angeles Rams at No. 19, the 23-year-old pass rusher has immediately addressed the noticeable hole left by the recently retired Aaron Donald.
Quinyon Mitchell (+900)
A two-time All-MAC corner at Toledo, Quinyon Mitchell has bolstered the Philadelphia Eagles' secondary opposite of Darius Slay.
Chop Robinson (+4000)
Rookie linebacker Chop Robinson has been the biggest riser over the last few weeks, helping the Miami Dolphins crawl back into the playoff hunt.
The Penn State star has been a key cog up front for the Dolphins.

NFL Offensive ROY betting trends
• Of the last 20 winners of the NFL OROY Award, 17 were drafted in the first round.
• While quarterback is an extremely difficult position to excel at as a rookie, 10 of the last 20 OROY winners played the position, including four QBs that were selected first overall in the draft.
• Running backs have won four of the last 10 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Awards. However, in recent years when top rookie RBs have gone head-to-head against top QBs for OROY honors, they've often come out on the losing end. Ezekiel Elliot led the NFL in rushing in 2016 but lost the OROY to his teammate Dak Prescott, while Kyler Murray took home the hardware over Josh Jacobs in 2019.
• No offensive lineman has ever won the award despite recent linemen like Joe Thomas, Matt Kalil, Jack Conklin, Ryan Ramcyzk and Quenton Nelson all making the Pro Bowl in their first year.

NFL Defensive ROY betting trends
• Of the last 34 winners of the NFL DROY Award, an incredible 31 were drafted in the first round. Of the three winners that weren't first-rounders (DeMeco Ryans, Kendrell Bell, and Darius Leonard), all were still selected within the Top-40 picks.
• Seven of the last 18 DROY winners played linebacker. Two others (Von Miller and Shawne Merriman) were listed at LB but would count as edge players in modern NFL defensive schemes. That said, that number is heavily inflated by four straight DROY-winning linebackers from 2006 to 2009. Over the last 10 years, only two LBs have taken home the award.
• Four of the last eight DROY winners played college ball for Ohio State. Three of those (the Bosa brothers and Chase Young) were edge rushers.
